I went on MLK, so the place was very crowded. The wait to order was about 20 mins, and the wait doe the food was about 45 mins. The tables were hard to grab given the crowd. I enjoyed my sandwich and the cake. They were good but not special—not worth the crowd or the wait for me. But if I live near by and there is no wait, I would frequent the spot. The place is also charming and cute, but you won’t get to fully enjoy it given the crowd. I would say this is a good local spot but not worth travel

The food at YSO Sushi on Ridgewood was absolutely delicious. We tried the Volcano rolls, New York rolls, California rolls, and spider rolls, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The Volcano rolls and New York rolls were especially outstanding-full of flavor and perfectly balanced. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

Isabel was wonderful as well as the bartender and rest of staff. We had the pleasure of having our friend’s graduation brunch here on a last minute walk in with no reservation and they took us in on no problem. This place is as colorful as its welcoming, lovely hosts Dilara and Ahmet. Even before you enter, it feels homey and you relax, no matter if you sit outside or inside. The food is great, I tried their vegan homemade chocolate, ceremonial cocoa with cinnamon and rose (it was heavenly) and had a zucchini, pesto pizza along with black tea. I normally cannot finish the whole pizza but surprisingly I ate the whole thing. I can't wait to go back to try other things on the menu.
