My time at Shake Shack was one of the most exquisite dining experiences of my life. From the moment I walked in at 11am, I was greeted with kind faces and morning joy. The establishment was clean with brand new, modern and innovative light fixtures that made our party extremely happy. 5/5 Stars – Absolute Best Hospitality & Incredible Hot Chicken! If you are anywhere near Staten Island, you absolutely have to visit Cluckies Hot Chicken. We went on a Saturday night and had an incredible experience from start to finish. We ordered the chicken sliders, and they were excellent—perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff and the owner. They are some of the most professional, kind, and genuinely nice people you will ever meet.

Went with my best friend and her daughter. We all loved the movie so we wanted to experience the food. Our out of town nonna was from Pakistan. They always have an Italian nonna. We mixed and matched our menus from both. Everything was delicious. The place is small. You have a 2 hour limit but it didnt feel rushed. Would definitely return.

We came in because we liked the ambiance, but unfortunately the coffee was pretty average. It’s fine for a short break. I ordered a latte, and it tasted like a basic heated milk coffee nothing special. There didn’t seem to be any real barista craft behind it. It’s a warm, cozy spot where you can grab a quick bite and relax for a bit, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit again.

First restaurant was beautifully designed, I love that there’s two different spaces. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the decor. My friends and I are in love! This restaurant is on my list of places to return. The lengua was full of flavor with a huge portion. Must try the Taco Azeca (steak cactus), simply amazing. I watched them cut the cactus for my taco! Overall, Tlthe tacos were cooked to perfection.

Food was really good, especially the mango sticky rice. We got the beef pad see ew and beef pineapple fried rice. I normally get duck pad see ew but for $7 less I went with beef. The fried rice was delicious and definitely the better of the two, but only by a bit. Very conveniently located to the system island ferry, maybe a 5 minute walk through the outlets. You can’t beat a Staten Island slice for $3.75! Good crunch, perfect amount of sauce, and good service! Had about a dozen different types of pizza to choose from! There’s a seating area adjacent too. Recommend for anyone on this island. It’s just down the block from the Empire Outlet Mall and Ferry Hawks baseball stadium.

Had a great time at Steiny’s Pub in Staten Island! The atmosphere was lively, the drinks were spot on, and the whole place had a really welcoming vibe. Big shoutout to Lorii—she was amazing from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and made sure we were looked after all afternoon. It’s always the staff that make a place stand out, and she definitely did that. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!

Happened to be on Forest Avenue and saw by to check out the store early one morning. The store was just opening, and Tommy, the owner graciously allowed us in and sold us a bag of chocolate covered pretzels. He was super friendly, informative, and welcoming. The pretzels were excellent and will return for the pretzel dogs, among other savory products. Thank you guys!

Where do I even begin? I kept seeing mukbang videos on TikTok of people trying fufu and egusi, and somehow I started craving something I had never even tasted before. Every weekend I go with my family, and we've all loved the food, the friendliness, and the service. They know what it means to cook with love, with that homemade flavor. Few places put as much effort and dedication into their cooking as they do. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. I will definitely return whenever I can to enjoy their delicious food and a good conversation with friends.

The pastries are really good and the pricing is fair. I typically come in here for a muffin, turnover or espresso. I've yet to try any of the seasonal drinks. I like the vibe of the place but seats are usually taken when I walk in. There's no outdoor seating. Unsure if dogs are technically allowed inside, I carry mine when I enter just to be safe.

First stop off the ferry was the ice cream shop on a hot summer day. There was a good selection of different ice cream flavors and other sweet treats like sundaes. Altaf was especially amazing, he was very friendly and provided great customer service.

11/20/25 Amazing Zabihah options on the Island that are generally very hard to find. Impressed with the selection and custom availability to change things for your order. Very friendly staff and helpful staff. Clean and nice area to sit. Rye bread option for the philly cheese stake with cheddar cheese was clutch! Looking forward to try more items on the menu. I hope they incorporate more reduced sugar free and reduced sugar options along with wheat-less breads w/o gluten.

They also offer a selection of hot meals. Their Brooklyn style Burger is generous, a double Burger with cheese and toppings. But it was rather tasteless.

Will never order from this place again. One of the worst Mexican restaurants I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered tres leches, guacamole and chips, and a steak burrito. The tres leches was frozen, the guacamole wasn’t made they just gave me avacado, the chips look were broken into pieces and they barely gave me chips for the “guacamole” (just sliced avocado),and the steak burrito wasn’t giving a Mexican burrito at all. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Imani, Amani, Nukiya are the only reason I visit this starbucks almost everyday. Always warm and friendly. They actually know my name how I like my coffee. That kind of customer service is far and few in between these days. I’ve gone to other starbucks for years and they treat you like they’ve never seen you before.
