The staff are incompetent. The toilet is always closed. You have to wait 20 minutes to place an order, even though all the staff work very slowly. The staff don't know the menu. They don't know if cappuccino or latte is on the menu. It's awful! To get the toilet opened, you have to ask six times and approach every employee—it's ridiculous! Reconsider your attitude towards customers.

We always enjoy our dinners at Pastavino!! The food is always amazing and the service couldn’t be better. It’s always our favorite spot to celebrate our special occasions. We chose to celebrate Valentines Day dinner on Thursday and ordered 2 appetizers-Big Vic’s Meatballs, the fried calamari. For dinner we chose Linguini Vongole and the Pollo Alla Parmigiano. Everything was delicious. For desert we enjoyed the decadent Torta Di Nutella. Already looking forward to our next visit!!!

I had a nice experience at this venue. The food was pretty good and plentiful, with a decent variety of pizzas and pastas. The atmosphere was cozy, making it a really welcoming place. The service was good—attentive and friendly. The prices were really good for the amount of food we received, and there was a decent variety on the menu. One downside was the lemonade; it lacked some flavor. Overall, though, it was a really enjoyable visit—definitely a solid four stars!

This has to be the worst Dunkin on the island. Most of the staff operates like it's their first day on Earth. The manager was kind and promptly corrected everything wrong with my order. The rest of the employees here have the common sense and work ethic of a green skittle. They also keep leaving cleaning products in the food service area, which is a major violation if an inspector were to see that.

What a good place. Was just in to get some from amazone pickup. Went in here for a quick lunch. 2 slices each and they where so tasty. I had philly cheese stake and a another. I don’t know the name of the driver that came today but every time he delivers my order the attitude is very poor, then this time I get my oizza and 99 percent of the hot sauce was on the top of the box and whoever I spoke to on the phone just kept saying it’s supposed to be like that then I tried to explain again that the sauce isn’t on the pizza it’s on the top of the box!! Spacious with tall ceilings and large windows, this place is really cozy! Everything is always clean and the food is fresh and delicious! I appreciate that there is a full menu, complete with a kid's section and even beer and wine! The pastries are amongst the best on the island, with a perfectly flaky exterior and fluffy interior. This is a popular place for those who work remotely so even though you may hear a myriad of conversation, you still have your own space.

Great small place to get some amazing food from, I like there breakfast a lot and try to come here as much as possible. Great people and service; amazing for take out or dining inside. If you have not stopped by here you should definitely check it out (and be ready to pay the parking meter)

Came here on a Friday night for some late-night drinks and had an awesome experience. The service was amazing—the bartenders were great and even made a custom vesper drink based on my preferences off the menu. Cozy bookstore cafe with nice vibe and friendly people. Coffee was delicious. Nice pastries. There are lots of books to browse thru, excellent prices. Some records and cds. It was a nice visit on a rainy afternoon. The first floor is accessible, however, lots of small tables and chairs so getting around requires patience. There are steps leading up to the other spaces, and the garden in the back. Paid street parking.

This place is great. It's affordable and the crowd is always humble. The music is wonderful and the owner works hard to make sure his patrons are taken care of. The quality of the pool tables are outstanding and the felt is always clean.
