This problem is ongoing and I contacted corporate and they responded there is no such a policy like that. Looks like manager use customer order receipt to put false survey to bring up their review. As the other reviewers have said, you need to get the Heart Attack. I used to go to Cherry Valley now and again but haven’t ever tried Cristina’s till I saw a recent instagram post. We ordered the Bushman and the Bullet heroes, and while the sandwiches themselves were flavorful, there was a noticeable issue with the quality. The menu clearly stated that they would be made with chicken cutlets, but instead we were served chicken patties. That substitution made a big difference overall sandwiches. For the price we paid, it was pretty disappointing to receive something that didn’t match what was on the menu.

I went here for brunch. The food was good, I got the empanadas as appetizer the chicken was a little chewy but overall they were good. The Puerto Rican breakfast was flavorful and enjoyable. It was unlimited drinks with the brunch for 50 dollars. There was a DJ who had everyone dancing. The atmosphere was spacious and clean. Our waiter was friendly and helpful with picking out the best things to order and drink.

Decided to stop in here for a few drinks after having lunch and am SO HAPPY that we did. Roughly a dozen German beers on tap, along with a selection of wines, sangria and mimosas. After a while we ended up talking to the owners and they are truly some wonderful people. We talked about Greece, Greek coffee and a plethora of things. It really ended up being one of the highlights of our NY trip. Didn't try the food but will definitely do that the next time we visit as the menu looks amazing.

This bagel shop has the best bagels in NY , the service is amazing. Coffee tastes like real coffee not sour or too strong just right! The bagels are huge , fluffy , round and just great!! Classic local pizzeria, always reliably delicious. Friendly staff, quick service. They have some great options that I look forward to specifically from there. The spicy ricotta square is absolutely delectable and the tri color square is a must. I love the chicken roll, never dry and always super filled.

1st time dining here and it's a 9/10. Only because the chocolate drink was too sweet! Other than that, the food and drinks are so delicious. Great service, friendly waitress and staff, clean atmosphere, food is freshly made and the ambiance is warm and cozy. Side note, for my shrimp lovers, they have jumbo shrimps here. Insanely delish!

Went here recently Oct '23. The parking lot out in the front is definitely appreciated. The lady behind the counter was very sweet & friendly. I ordered a large peppers & onion pie. It was beautiful as it was delicious. Toppings were fresh & cheese very robust. I recommend this place. Their sauce is a bit sweet which I like. This was my second time ordering food from here. Like the first time the food was okay. As a person who does not mind salt, the food was a bit salty again. The shrimp dish only had 4 shrimp which for the price could have been a couple of more. My Aunt was happy with the eggplant Parm though. I don't feel I will be ordering from here again.

Love Nana Good Eats. The food is always fresh, flavorful and the restaurant is always clean, organized and cozy. The owner and staff are always so helpful, kind, friendly, efficient and accommodating. Amazing eats and amazing people. Been here so many times and love everything. I’ve passed by this place so many times over the years and never tried their food until a week ago. I gotta say food was AMAZING 10/10. I got the Chicken Marsala and it’s the best I’ve ever had. This is a very popular old school Italian restaurant in Whitestone. Pasta, potatoes, and veggies that each dinner comes with are all served in little side dishes like they did in the old days. I went here back on march 2nd, I heard of this place Via instagram. The sandwich was the best I ever had! The drunken cutlet was really fresh, the mozzarella was the best! The sauce was different from others I had, it was more sweet which I liked! The staff were really nice! A they were surprised I came all the way from Philly. If I’m ever craving a really good chicken parm, I’ll take the trip from Philly to here! I will be back!

This place surprised me with how good the food is. I loved everything I ordered. I’m a salmon lover, so the “Salmon Lover” nailed it! The Salmon Avocado salad was awesome as well (pictured). I also ordered the Kani Salad. It was so good I ordered a second one!!

Disappointing experience. The ice cream was okay, but it started melting almost immediately after being served. The staff member was rude when I asked her to repeat herself, responding with attitude and unnecessary gestures. Customer service was definitely lacking and made the visit unpleasant.

I was really excited to try this Mexican restaurant after reading so many positive reviews. Sadly, though, my visit was a letdown. When I walked in, there was an unpleasant smell, and the food I had, especially the tacos, just didn’t feel fresh. I recently ordered catering for my party from The Bagel Parlor and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I've had pizza from here a few times and normally has been good above average. Today had pizza and some chicken rolls and it seems like they change the sauce had more of a pepper green pepper to be precise taste to it. Love this place. It is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. We ordered the pistachio and grapefruit. We can taste the natural fruit and some pulps in the grapefruit gelato. The pistachio is all natural pistachio. No crazy green coloring and the nut is roasted. We will come back to try the black sesame and coconut next time.

Excellent experience at the new SoBol in Whitestone. One thing about SoBol is that fresh fruit scent every time you walk into a location. My son and I ordered two delicious smoothies with protein. Anthony, the store clerk, gave me a sample refresher. We will certainly come back next time and order a mango refresher.
