Amazing customer service

This place is a gem! The staff are friendly and pleasant, even during the morning rush. The atmospher is inviting, making it a great spot to grab coffee and even breakfast. I frequent for bagels and fresh juices but their salads and baked items are also great. It’s clear they care about their customers and their craft. Highly recommend stopping in!

This was an unplanned visit. I’ve had Wingstop before but usually when I get it, I order through the app to make sure that I am not waiting a long time. It takes a while. stumbled across this place afterschool with my friends and wow we were pleasantly surprised! the restaurant's atmosphere and decorations were so cozy and themed perfectly! the sushi rolls are presented in such an artistic way and the fish quality is so fresh. the mango roll especially was my favorite, the mango was so sweet and it matched perfectly with the shrimp tempura. all in all i would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an affordable sushi spot that is also family-owned!

Food was good but skimpy. The waiter wouldn't ask the chef what veggies were in the vegetable ravioli. They never came around to ask if we needed anything like more water or more bread. We were told they only had a Mother's Day menu, but another table was allowed to order from the regular menu. We had to catch the writer's eye to get coffee and the dessert list. Unfortunately, every time I’ve popped in for a drink to enjoy in the park, I leave the shop feeling like I was being judged or a burden to the employees.. no greeting, no smile, no “what can I get for you?”, just flat stares and/or they continue their personal conversations with each other behind the counter. It’s honestly really bizarre and off-putting. Coffee is just ok, pretty acidic for my taste.

This place was absolutely amazing. The guy who works at the front desk was super sweet and I had amazing service. I would definitely come back here again not to mention the pizza was probably the best pizza l've ever had. This is a true authentic, New York slice and no other pizza will ever top this one. It is a small Japanese coffee shop conveniently situated located in one the Industrial city places. We were waiting for our entry in a 15 minutes line, but it was worth it to get there. We loved our baked goodies. My pumpkin spice latte was tasty and decorated, Okinawa cone was chewy and sweet. We preferred real ceramic coffee cups and were served by friendly and polite ladies. This place is nice. just like any other dominos pizza. when i went in to pickup my order i felt so bad when i only saw ONE PERSON in the place. it must be so hard being in charge of the entire restaurant on your own. other than that my food was great it took about 45 minutes for me to receive it.

PERFECT PARTY SPOT! I just hosted my daughter's birthday party at Baby Grand, and it was fantastic. The service was great - very helpful, easy communication and the hostess was terrific with the kids. May 2026: Stopped by for lunch after running in central park. Place was very busy. I ordered a tuna sandwich on multi grain bread. I enjoyed my sandwich. It could have used a little more mayonnaise just to make it less dry. Just a minor comment. Still, I enjoyed my meal. Would definitely come back again.

This cafe has been a special staple in the neighborhood for many years. The brothers who work in the cafe are so kind and seem to know all their regulars orders. Grabbing a coffee and seeing them is the best way to start the day. The people really are what make Dua’s great!

We recently purchased cupcakes for my animal loving son's 6th birthday. I found Buttermilk on google and went for it based on their reviews. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious. Everyone loved them. They did a fantastic job with decorations and thefrosting was probably the best frosting I've ever tasted and I am not a sweets person. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I placed a mobile order for Wicked Munchkins, which were supposed to be assorted. I specifically ordered 10 chocolate munchkins, but I didn’t get a single chocolate one — they were all vanilla. The only thing that was right in my order was the hot chocolate. I feel like I completely wasted my $20 today by going to Dunkin’ Donuts. I also tried calling several times to fix the issue, but no one answered the phone.

Small cosy place was full when I ate. Chicken karaage nicely done with a nice dipping sauce and a fresh juicy wedge of lemon. Chashu was tender and melt in your mouth. The tsukumen ramen was better textured with a tasty dipping but the classic was not that bad too! Broth was flavourful. Appreciate the nice chilli flakes on request. Friendly waitress with careful service. A gem!

The tuna samousas were pretty good but they were smaller than expected like cocktail size. The rougail sauciesse with rice and lentils were delicious, and I'm surprised they served silverware out of a vintage-looking can. The inside of the restaurant felt a bit cozy, and sauce to meatball ratio was pretty good. I wish the portions were larger though especially for the appetizers. Overall, it's a nice addition since finding Reunion food in the US is pretty rare.

Penne pasta had a METAL SCREW in it, please see photo attached. I called to explain and was told I can only get a credit and they can make a new order. It was only until I stated I will report to Staten Island advance that I was granted a refund. The guy on the phone had assumed I was lying and told me “enjoy your free meal”. That’s not very great customer service. I would never get food from here again.

Great chicken tenders made to order. Ordered the chicken tender combo and was happy to see them bread and fry them after we ordered, so you know it’s fresh. The sides left something to be desired. The Mac and cheese was okay but tasted like it was not fresh. We didn’t like the Parmesan fries, wish they had the option for plain fries but doesn’t have that listed on the menu. Always empty in melt shop, but I would come back for the tenders!

Their lunch special is fairly priced. It comes with a soup or egg roll. I got the hot and sour soup which was excellent. I also got the spare ribs with pork fried rice. You can tell this is probably a more “gourmet” level of take out. It wasn’t red and saucy like your typical Chinese take out spot. Unfortunately I wanted the real hood version.
