Every single time I come into this establishment somebody is complaining about the poor service and today it was me. The dirty looking man with the wondering eye was being super disrespectful and as I nicely spoke to the manager. They won’t get another dollar out of me. It was super dirty in there anyway. I ordered a sub sandwich and added 7 sauces, which is my choice as a customer. I was willing to pay for everything I ordered. The employee making the sandwich became annoyed and made negative comments about it. His attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary. Customers should not be judged for customizing their orders. This was my first time at a Joe & THE JUICE location and I loved it. As soon as I walked in the girl at the counter greeted me and was so friendly. I ordered the steak sandwich and Miami glow smoothie. My drink and sandwich were prepared with such detail. Sandwich was delicious, loved the thin bread. Smoothie was incredible. Excellent sports bar( Chicago Themed)! Hockey first which is AMAZING because there aren't many hockey bars around. The menu is awesome and always changing so its not boring. The bartenders are GREAT. As a person traveling here from Az I absolutely appreciate and enjoy eateries like this. I ordered a fresh beet and greens juice and branded a premade sushi roll package. The whole place looked delicious and each item was around $10. Our neighborhood spot. We really love this place; it’s inviting, cozy, and always clean. The staff is always professional, kind, and super friendly, and always willing to help. The coffee is 10/10; you can really taste the quality. It also has a huge accessible bathroom (which is a big plus in NYC), and it’s very clean as well. The place is also kid-friendly, which is so nice. I can’t forget the outdoor seating — in the spring it’s just wonderful to sit outside. It’s a true UWS gem.

Genuinely the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life and I’m 53. I took one bite nd started to shed a tear. Literally worth every little penny i paid for this. Rebranded from Vivis. I ordered a few of the appetizers-the popcorn chicken is still a favorite. The pancakes were okay: taste as fine but smaller than I expected.
