I had a meeting with a co-worker and we decided to grab brunch at Cookie Corner — it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The food came out quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We ordered pancakes and pizza, and both were excellent. The pizza had a great crust with flavorful sauce and cheese, and the pancakes were incredibly fluffy and delicious, served with syrup on the side that was perfect for dipping. For pastries

I ordered a delivery order, instead of receiving my food I received this garbage (used coffee grounds) instead of my food. I called to try to get my issue resolved & I was told they don’t do delivery & will not be able to receive my food unless I stop by or wait until “later”. I was at work I expecting my food to arrive right away, all he said was he was going to “talk to the team” that made the food. I don’t understand how this could happen, so disgusting.

The hot and sour soup and the pan-fried pork dumplings were DELISH! We also had the Szechuan Fish Filet with pickled cabbage and it was to die for!! Service is hands off but attentive. If you need something just call them over. The teas and iced tea were better than average. Sorry for the pics - phone did NOT eat first.

I’ve been coming to this mom and pop pizzeria for over 20 years. It’s a staple in the area. It’s actually the mother and son who take care of it. There’s also a gentleman who has been with them for as long as I could remember. For a long time I was scared of the lady behind the counter. Then I spoke to her one day and realized how sweet she really is. She opened this location with her husband in the 1970s I believe, he has unfortunately passed away since but I am grateful that she kept the busin

Food here is amazing and a true UES staple. It’s in a perfect location and the staff will always make you feel welcome. The quality of the food is spectacular. Sette Mezzo is one of the only restaurants in the city that is consistently delicious while offering great service. My favorite dishes are the linguini and clams (as seen in picture), the ravioli, and the risotto. Daily specials here are also available. My favorite desserts here are the cheesecake and the tartufo! This is a small bakery that sells meals!! Tried it for the first time & it was ok! Nothing to rave about! The Thai Ice Tea tasted nothing like Thai Ice Tea!! Curry beef was ok! Great portions & they have combos as well!! Service was fairly quick as it got pretty busy & packed since ppl don't like to cook anymore! LOL Ambiance was ok! Their Pork Chop was Delicious!! A must try!!

Liked the baked eggplant and other apps. Ordered the 30? day dry aged duck, and it was funky and chewy, whatever they tried to accomplish with the duck made it worst instead of enhancing it. The fine dining Italian place was packed, we were crammed into a booth for 1 person too many to dine comfortably. The main dining area is dimly lit, with curved corners trying to imitate a domed ceiling. Service was slow, we has to keep an eye out too often for waitee to get water refill, clear table for ent

Silently changed some of the ingredients on items, but didn't update their menus everywhere. Chefy salad doesn't seem to have grueyer cheese anymore, but the price is still the same. The food is still good, but double check what you are ordering. They seem to skimp on online orders. My in-store salad from Union Sq was 30% more filled.

Casual restaurant offering Mexican fare, including design-your-own burritos, tacos & bowls.
I recently had an extremely disappointing customer service experience at this Chipotle location. I placed an order through the Chipotle app and received confirmation of the order both in the app and via email. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the employee informed me that my order had not gone through. Despite my showing proof of the order confirmations, the employee refused to acknowledge the documentation and simply walked away, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time.

I ordered a pizza for pick-up, and it was ready within 15 minutes. I got a small pizza with original crust, topped with grilled chicken, mushrooms, black olives, and pineapple - it totally hit the spot. I wasn't a big fan of their garlic sauce - too buttery for my taste. Now, let's talk about Papa Johns garlic knots.. SO FREAKING GOOD. I’m afraid to say they might be the best I’ve ever had.

Let’s start with the good, the food was decent for the price. Waffle tasted good while hash browns are passable and everything else is as expected (eggs, bacon, toast…) The bad is that the menu is very misleading. There’s a section labeled “Breakfast special” that implies everything in the section comes with toast and a side of potatoes. Wrong - this only applies to the eggs. Your pancakes and waffles come naked by themselves. The menu transparency is a pretty deal because I paid 18.50 for the

Spot was calm and welcoming. Came in for the first time, and although they didn’t have what I originally requested, they provided other options and I really appreciated that. We went to put our name down for schmuck and we had to wait almost 2 hours so we decided to go down the street to Romeo’s This place was on my list for a long time because it was said to have a good happy hour I do really like this place. It’s cute. It’s got a vibe. It’s kind of an institution. It seems everything we have. There was pretty good. I had the rum punch, though from the happy hour which I thought was pricey for a happy hour, and I drink it so fast cause it’s too sweet for me. I lik

Came for the margaritas. I asked for strawberry flavor, but the chick instead gave me coconut. I must admit it was pretty good, too. I also asked for wings and mozzarella sticks, but instead got wings and calamari. 👀 The wings weren't fully cooked and were big for nothing. The calamari was ok. I had better. Anyways, I guess this place gives you what they feel you need, not what you ordered. But since the drinks were two for one, I will come back. 😌 And from other post, I didn't even know they

I hate to post something negative about a small business, but this was unacceptable. I ordered a pâté kòdé, and it did not taste fresh. It looks like they had made it several days prior and simply fried it. It was not tasty; it was horrible. I’m posting this because I need them to stop this practice, as it’s not healthy, and it’s dishonest.

Hip, counter-serve chain for gourmet takes on fast-food classics like burgers & frozen custard.
I’ve been eating at this brand in many locations around New York for the past four years and have tried almost every burger they offer. Because this branch is close to my home, I end up coming here quite often. Unfortunately, this location is worse than bad. The vegetables were completely lifeless. The lettuce in my burger was honestly some of the lowest-quality, almost rotten lettuce I have ever seen. Even a one-dollar burger from McDonald’s or another fast-food chain could be better than this

The best bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich I’ve had at LaGuardia Airport! 🔥 You can really taste the difference that fresh eggs make (the yolk was perfect), and the bacon was crispy. Best of all is the variety: I was able to choose between brioche bread, a croissant, whole wheat breads and a variety of bagels.—which took the sandwich to a whole other level. For a side dish, I ordered the Latkes, which, by the way, are delicious with their apple sauce. And, of course, I couldn't leave without fini

Excellent diner. Stopped in for breakfast while my buddy was in town. Eggs were beautifully cooked, sausage was seared and crispy on the outside while still being juicy on the inside. Home fries were nicely seasoned, coffee was very tasty. All for an incredibly reasonable price. Waitress was very attentive and polite. Atmosphere was cozy for a diner, and though it’s nothing special, it’s still very comfortable

Absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The lamb shashlik literally melts in your mouth, and the lula kebab is outstanding! Neighborhood fixture producing whole fish & other Greek eats in a traditional taverna setting.
Do not sleep on Elia!! This restaurant is one of my new favorites and is such a great neighborhood spot! We went super early on a weeknight so it wasn’t crowded at all. The atmosphere is like a Greek taverna with a little fireplace which is a great touch. The food was the highlight here: the salad (which normally I would not highlight but was truly incredible) was so good that I’ve been making a version of it at home, the octopus was perfectly cooked and the red pepper feta dip was absolutely ad

I came here twice in one week because it was really good and I wanted to try another sandwich — and it didn’t disappoint. On my first visit, I had the Chicken Katsu. It was delicious, rich in flavor, and had a nice Japanese vibe. On my second visit, I tried the Chicken Fry. It might be one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had in Brooklyn. The special sauce is savory, and the chicken breast is crunchy outside and amazingly tender inside. Wow! The price is also very reasonable, which makes

I first came here in April 2025 with my oldest daughter, and we enjoyed some amazing flavored margaritas. I came back with my wife for some delicious food and more margaritas. Stopped for brunch and were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the food was . We ordered the aguachiles, chilaquiles y huevos a la mexicana. We had just arrived from Mexico 2 weeks ago and the aguachiles were possibly better than the best we had in one of CDMX's fanciest restaurants. The ingredients were super fresh and everything we cooked to perfection, Our waiter was super attentive and friendly. Honestly the most consistently good slice of pizza on the West side of Broadway and 181. They never fail me. I always come here when I want a regular, classic slice of NY pizza. It isn’t a place I’d go out the way to get or anything. But it’s a reliable and great slice place if you live nearby.

ordered takeout carne asada and al pastor tacos; i know regionally in mexico sometimes they make al pastor differently so i’m going in to this with a more open mindset. usually al pastor has a sweetness with pineapple, but this was a bit on the saltier side and no notes of pineapple. i also ordered guacamole and chips; i know a lot of taquerias use a mix of things as filler for guacamole such as zucchini (or something similar) to add volume since avocado can be expensive. i don’t know if this w

This used to be my go-to sandwich shop. The prices ran a little high, but the quality justified it: generous portions, fresh toppings, and ingredients that actually felt worth paying for. That is no longer the case. The meats now come off slimy, the bread tastes dry and stale, and I genuinely suspect a sandwich I ordered the other day made me sick. I gave the place more than enough grace, first assuming it was a fluke, then wondering whether ownership had changed or supply standards had slipped.

Haven’t been here in a while due to logistics, but I’m glad I stopped in today. The Teriyaki Rice Bowl with avocado was excellent, even better than I remembered. There’s a noticeable spruce up in the atmosphere, and the service was very attentive. The portion sizes are legit; it’s the kind of portions mom gives you when you're hungry. This neighborhood bar has such a warm, unpretentious atmosphere with comfortable seating, dim lighting, and a relaxed local energy that makes you want to stay for hours. Cocktails were creative and well-balanced (the spicy margarita and the classic old fashioned were highlights), and the burger with truffle fries was juicy and delicious.
