I was literally running with my wife. On our 12 years reunion trip all the way from Belgium. The chef who was arrogant, refused to make another pizza at 21:14. In Google, it clearly says it is until 22:00. Maybe kitchen works till 21 and that’s not clear on Google, but refusing to do one more when you were just starting 4 new pizzas at the same moment.. is kind of arrogant from US market expectations of 20% service fees. It is radiculous! That 1 star is well deserved. Arrogant people and brands

Wow the drinks they have is all my favorite! But it’s quite pricy after tax is $9.75. If it’s cheaper I would def come here 24/7. But I ordered the cheese peach and I love it. It’s so beautiful with each layer. The white is the cream and you have the peach slush and the bottom is the peach fruit. Love the appearance and taste so good but my wallet is gonna broke by coming here

Bought a $5 cup of green tea and asked the counter person for an extra pack of honey and was told they have a limit. I had 4 packs already. So an extra pack for my $5 hot water and tea bag request was denied. Terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

My family and I have called in a large lunch order for pick up four weeks in a row...and have ordered in the past several times. The order is always ready quickly. To date, never any issues. They separated the hot food from the cold food when bagging. Everything is as it should be with plenty of sauces and most importantly, DELICIOUS! The 3 roll combo is a great deal and we like the Yellowstone pizza...crispy base, avocado, seaweed salad (i think) and your choice of tuna or salmon on top.

Their signature Lanzhou beef noodle soup is so good!! Love how simple yet savory it is. For the price, you get a pretty generous portion.

I wanted to try a bubble tea in LIC since it’s a good area I assume I’ll fine nice people in any store. I couldn’t be more wrong. The girls at the cashier weren’t paying attention to my questions I had to repot myself one of the (blonde hair) didn’t even make eye contact with me but I see her later being nice to other costumers. Someone drop a big bucket of ice in the middle of the floor… just a very bad costumer service.

Went to this place almost by accident and I found a hidden gem. The bakery has some pretty good almojábanas, and the breakfast is delicious. I tried the eggs with arepa and it was really good. I’ll be back many times. My wife was very happily with the food and the drinks. The people at the counter were kind and gave us good service.

My favorite place to go for food and bubble tea. Very affordable 8 dollars for a large bubble tea that is a bucket. The sushi is very good with an 18 dollar combo of 3 rolls and medium drink. Classic pizza joint. I’m glad they have one in Penn station. I had the buffalo chicken pizza and my mom had the margarita slice. The short stocky guy taking the orders was a bit aggressive. There was no line. Not everyone is a regular. It was our first time and we took literally a minute trying to decide. The cashier made up for it though. He was very kind. Overall I would return.

I really like how they have 3 TVs, all showing nature silently. Good background music played not too loud, not too quiet. One of the workers was constantly talking to the other worker in rapid fire Español, which was pleasing to my ear, as I love listening to the sound of foreign tongues. I was working in the area and decided to order lunch from here and I must say it was the most nastiest Chinese food I ever had. I ordered beef broccoli with white rice and it had no taste whatsoever, the beef had this weird texture and taste I was two minded to eat it or not however I did had like 2 spoons full right before spotting a hair in the rice. The proportions of this summer roll were disrespectful - it was almost entirely vermicelli noodles with literally one singular piece of lettuce and two shrimp cut in half (deceptive imo). I genuinely laughed when I saw the cross-section. Where are the rest of the veggies? Why were there only two shrimp per roll? Gus is the best guy we ever met his food and pizza + extra O.M.G is the best place me and my husband ever ate and we can't ever but ever get tired of his food.
