Honestly parking here is HORRIBLE because it’s located in a shopping center with a few other businesses/ restaurants so I would say best to park outside the lot. I ended up parking 2 blocks away which was far for this area. The cafe is small and can easily be missed. They’re a lot of seating and wasn’t busy so service was quick. We recently had our post-wedding dinner at Gazette. We rented the private dining room space for 20 adults and 2 little ones. It was the perfect venue! From the event coordinator to the servers to the seasonal menu, we had a wonderful and thoughtful experience. It was the coziest dinner with friends and family in a warm and beautiful space. All of our guests raved about their meals and the drink selection, especially the scallops appetizer and strip loin entree. Would highly recommend for hosting

Had the brown stew chicken and it was great! My partner also loved his meal—vegetable Rasta pasta! We washed it down with their pineapple juice—mild pineapple flavor and more ginger forward. i ordered cajun garlic fries but instead they decided to give me regular fries without telling me...i ordered sauce for my FLAVORLESS chicken but guess what?! I am so glad find this Down to earth restaurant opening at the neighborhood. They have fresh family meals made every day. Food is delicious. So many options like oxtail, fish, chicken and veggies. I highly recommend red snapper that is so crispy outside and juicy inside. Taste like home. Not to mention the service is superb and they offer delivery! I recommend everyone for every day meals.

Been a regular here for a while, and it’s surprising to see all the reviews. I see everyone’s experience is different. Maybe because I am a regular but everytime I come in I get greeted and all the workers at the store are attentive and remember my orders. The chicken cutlet here are great and so are the grilled cheeses. I love the beef brisket and salmon made for the hot bar. This is my go-to deli and enjoy my daily stops here.

I ordered 2 carnitas protein cups. Instead of receiving the actual portion size for the cups, i get the equivalent of 1 cup basically separated into 2 cups. I understand it was 1 hour before close but at least offer me something else or tell me you don't have enough for the 2 cups.

Went here after visit to Dr. Their cherry chocolate chunk ice is very good. But the prices they charge are ridiculous for the size they call small and large. The small cup is the size of a little kids serving.the large should have been a medium. I purchased the large because I was already there and I wanted the ice, but I will not be going back. Been to Talavera Cantina so many times and the consistency of the food and drinks is extremely impressive. Nachos, tacos, guacamole and chips are all amazing.
