Recently placed a UberEats order, quickly notified me about a menu item replacement which was great. As a restaurant consultant, I can appreciate the professionalism. Curry chicken was on POINT. Everything in the combo was delicious. Fried chicken was to great. Felt a little “old” was hoping to be more juicier. Someone replaced my fried shrimp w/coconut shrimp and it was REALLY GOOD! I literally drank the broth from the cup. Also no utensils or napkins were packed . Food was great though

What a welcome addition to the neighborhood! I have been a few times and have enjoyed everything. The breakfast biscuit sandwich is absolutely amazing. I’m a frequent visitor to this area of NYC, have somehow missed this hidden gem. From the outside, it’s typical for a New York storefront, and not terribly pleasing to the eye. Got TOTG bag twice. Honestly good food and good portion. I had pasta, house potatoes, chicken cutlets and eggplant Parmesan. Definitely try eggplant Parmesan if you get a chance. It doesn’t look appealing but it’s soft and flavorful. It’s a deli shop with bar table/ stools/ 1-2 regular tables. Quite small in there. The guy is nice and friendly. A solid spot for quick food.

Its always great to see A small business with great customer service and food. 2 Recommendations so far are the Tres golpes for breakfast with a Morir soñando. This is one of the most epic experiences I have had in the city. It is basically one of the tallest if not the tallest rooftop bar in the city, offering a perspective of the skyline that is hard to beat. They have good affordable drinks, and a great tip is to get a voucher before coming so you can save $4 per drink. They also have good appetizers to snack on if you get hungry during your visit. Very authentic fuzhounese food! The pork bun is huge and full of stuffing, a bit too oily and salty for my liking, but still very good. I really liked their fujianese wonton soup. Very disappointed with my experience at Bonberi Mart. The selection of snacks and pantry items is surprisingly small, and despite having only a limited number of products on the shelves, they still managed to sell me a bag of expired chips. Amazing smoothies, you can customize it however you like. Would definitely come back, I loved that they let me add in gogi berries with coffee. Tasted absolutely delicious and healthy.
This seedy place is a blight on our neighborhood. Their bouncers illegally block street parking with cones at night to provide valet service to their degenerate customers. I encourage everyone to report them to the city if you see them doing it.

As someone who works part time in the food industry I do not take it lightly to review an eatery. However.... Overall: 3.6/5 We stayed at Distrikt Hotel, which has a mandatory $29 credit per night to spend at Collage Bistro and Bar. We were there for 6 nights, so I got to try quite a bit of the menu. Service was hit or miss depending on who you got. One thing to watch out for is that they sometimes put out old menus, and the prices won’t match your receipt. Shoutout to the young man with tattoos who was working on a weekday after 5 PM—he was friendly, polite, and patient. There was also a woman making pretzels. Really happy to see new staff and they did a great job. I’ll definitely be stopping by again every now and then to treat myself, even if it’s a bit pricey.

Great experience at Carvel in College Point. The place is very clean, the ambience is nice, and the employees are friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything felt well organized and welcoming. Love this comfort spot, im so happy they still have the $3 affordable meal. I’ve been coming here for years, but after moving away, I happened to be back in the area and was excited to see they still offer the $3 chicken menu. Such a great resource for the community

I ate ice cream cakes growing up so when I heard about this spot, I had to try it. The black cake w/gratenut ice cream did not disappoint. Reminded me of my younger days. I was elated to say the least. Looking forward to trying other flavors in the future.

Great place! First time I went to get takeout and they accidentally forgot a taco. I went back a few days later and told them, and they gladly made it right and gave me that taco I missed the first time around. Quality is good. These are the best tacos I have had in NYC so far (Manhattan), and I’ll be back.

Well maybe there’s an advantage with being a local and being from the neighborhood. I’ve always came in a greeted them, showed respect, ordered my food and it was delicious. I see reviews about bad customer service but like I said I may have an advantage being from here but overall great food and good people through my perspective. It’s a family owned business that’s been a staple for some years now, from since my childhood actually.

Surprised by the size of the chicken portion in the chicken sandwich. The chicken was way too big for the bun. I was surprised and happy at the same time to see that. Ordered two to go and they smelled so good in the car. My mouth watered as I picked bae up for the train for movie night. We enjoyed the sandwiches in the theatre.
