This KFC, or rather Korean Fried Chicken place, opened up back in April on 1st Avenue, with a new one having very recently opened on 2nd Ave and 73rd. I went here a while back to order lunch for takeout, and it was pretty good. After they opened, they added some specials ranging from $15 to $17, combining chicken with fries or dumplings, and I went with the sweet and spicy boneless chicken with standard fries, as you can also update the fries to the "spicy snow" version for an extra $1. The cash

Stylish, relaxed restaurant serving regional specialties from Southern India, plus cocktails and wine.
Getting a reservation at Semma in NYC is one of the hardest in the city, but after finally dining there, it’s easy to see why. Every dish felt thoughtful, bold, and deeply rooted in authentic South Indian flavors while still presented in a refined, elevated way. The lobster dish was one of the biggest highlights of the meal. The lobster was perfectly cooked and coated in a rich, creamy spiced sauce that had incredible depth and balance. It was indulgent, flavorful, and truly unforgettable. The

We felt so welcomed as soon as we got there got seated. It was my husband and I 10 year anniversary. Everything was absolutely amazing even the complimentary food items they gave us. Thank you for such great service and amazing food as well. Clean and friendly. Staff was working together as a team I love that.

Vibrant establishment featuring self-grilled Korean BBQ meals & cocktails in an open, airy interior.
I've visited many BBQ restaurants, but Jongro BBQ stands out as the most memorable one. The variety of side dishes and appetizers was impressive and beautifully presented, making the dining experience enjoyable from the very beginning. Most importantly, the quality of the meat was outstanding. The meat was fresh, juicy, and incredibly flavorful, leaving me very satisfied. A special shoutout to our server, Sangmin (Sam), who grilled the meat perfectly and made the meal even more enjoyable. His

Budget Chinese fare like dumplings, soups & pancakes are served in a small space with a few seats.
We went here during the fall 2025 with my wife and daughter on a food tour. We sampled the chive and pork fried dumplings. These dumplings were so good that we came back the next day and ordered 28 in one sitting! This was the cheapest meal we got our entire trip and it was easily the best meal we had the entire trip. Even tho the service was okay and the place didn’t look very nice. The dumplings made up for it completely. We will suggest tasty dumplings to anyone we know visiting NYC. When we

Slick, informal haunt with a patio offering classic & Sicilian slices & other Italian bites.
Ordered back in August for a gluten free pie, service was decent enough, and although wait time was not great, what I was most displeased by was the crust of the pizza, it tasted super dry and hard, and this is coming from someone who normally enjoys eating pizza crust, I could not get myself to eat any more after the first slice, so that was a little disappointing. There was also an issue with some high school kids being extremely loud in the back and the tables being so dirty in the front, so

The mackerel plate and agedashi tofu were PHENOMENAL and portions were perfect for us. Relatively inexpensive too but tasted VERY high quality. The staff was so kind and gave us plenty of time to order and we didn’t feel rushed in the slightest. They even offered to charge my aunts phone. The food came out super fast as well and it was very pleasing to the eye. The atmosphere was beautiful and quiet and the wooden utensils and cups were a great touch. So was the adorable tea kettle and matching

No-frills counter-serve spot doling out traditional West Indian, Jamaican & American dishes.
I ordered the chicken and waffles over the phone because I prefer having my order ready when I arrive rather than waiting to order in person. It had been quite a while since my last visit, so I had a few questions about the chicken and waffle options. The employee who answered the phone initially took the time to explain the menu choices, which I appreciated. However, as the conversation continued, she seemed to become impatient and suggested that I come in and place the order instead. Despite

Not sure what happened with that first one star review 😅 but I had a decent experience dining here and trying their fried chicken. First off, their grand opening is on 12/29 so maybe they were still getting things together before that? 🫣 . Anyways, their fried chicken is just as good as this other location of Crispy Burger in east village that I have tried before 👌. I tried their regular fried chicken, tenders, spicy chicken sandwich combo, skewers, new Orleans style whole chicken leg and tri

You gotta check it out! really nice atmosphere, great food and service! I noticed their pho broth is less oily, and the noodles tasted great! Spring rolls were terrific, and service wise, they really want you to enjoy your time, and they don’t rush you out. You actually have to ask for the check because they want you to feel at home and not rushed. I go there weekly now.

Stylish restaurant serving contemporary cuisine in an intimate, informal setting.
During our Anniversary trip last month we picked Estela as the restaurant to celebrate our anniversary due to the many wonderful reviews. Also based on the videos that we saw the atmosphere was more laid back than other Michelin restaurants that we have visited in Italy and France. We arrived on time and had to wait 35 minutes to get seated, while we waited they encouraged us to purchase drinks, we had been at a wine bar before going to the restaurant so we were unsure if we wanted to order or n

Wow!! Just wow! From initial point of contact while walking by, Jose Luis greets you with a smile and was so welcoming! He had me at hello! Additionally, the special! 3 courses for an amazing price! It was delicious! The mozzarella with balsamic salad was so light, the chicken parmagean was the perfect portion and well seasoned along with the pasta! Light and so well flavored. The cheesecake was the perfect ending to the delicious meal. I highly recommend you visit!

Chinese cafe serving Henan fare (hand-pulled noodles, pork pancakes & spicy chicken) in simple digs.
Been wanting to come here for years and it did not disappoint. Food was delicious and surprisingly cheap. I had the beef pancake and spicy chicken huimei (dry hand-pulled noodle). The staff were very nice and accommodating too. Highly recommend.

Big portions of typical diner fare served around the clock power this night-owl mainstay.
Never in my life have I seen better, tastier food or BIGGER portions in New York 😭🤍 The portions here are absolutely insane they seriously do NOT hold back on anything. Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and huge that the camera honestly cannot show how much food was actually on the table. I got a salad, my boyfriend got pasta with meatballs, and we literally could not finish our food because the portions were THAT massive 😭 And the atmosphere… sooo beautiful. The ambiance is cozy, warm, a

Urbane outfit for classic duck dishes carved tableside, plus other Chinese meat & seafood staples.
Disappointed with my experience. The food was very good, but the portions were tiny considering the high price. You’re better off going to any other chinese restaurant in the lower east side or 8th ave in brooklyn for same quality, larger quantity, and lower price. On top of all of that, the service was not great, even for a chinese restaurant. Despite the restaurant only having two other tables, it took ten minutes to even get menus. Wait was understandable considering we ordered a lot of food,

Spicy Sichuan dishes like dan dan noodles are heat-rated by number at this informal restaurant.
Best cocktails I have ever had. Usually I don’t like mixed drinks because they are too sweet, but these were just so balanced and refreshing! Soup dumplings were juicy and the shrimp shumai were so succulent. Service was just lovely, I left feeling full and happy.

Contemporary kosher steakhouse in a former warehouse with a sizable patio & craft cocktails.
Im giving a 4 with hopes it will be a five in the future. Ive been here a bunch of times and had basically everything on the menu the food is fantastic the carpaccio especially. The reason for a 4 is i dont appreciate the way they do their specials. I guess the host is the one that sat us (side point they usually let us pick any table which i really like) and proceeds to tell us the specials the problem was the host has a thick accent and it was almost impossible to understand what the specials
