Stopped in here one warm afternoon on a weekday and they had a wonderful breeze going through the restaurant with the front windows wide open. First timers (but not last timers)! We had the salt and pepper tofu- perfect crisp and soft insides with amazing flavor. Best chicken ever in New York! It is absolutely elite, and not just because it’s authentic Dominican pica pollo. Even my relatives from Puerto Rico fell completely in love with it. We get it delivered so much that every Friday is now officially "Pica Pollo Day" in our house. Highly recommend!

Usually i have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant but today the food i experienced today was not its usual taste and quality. Besides that the manager was very attentive to fix the situation quickly and replaced my meal. Would still come again despite the misunderstanding.

Food was delicious, the entrees and the side dishes, especially the chicken wings. Good eats, good quality food and pretty good portions for main dishes. Water is also ice cold in metal cups. Service is magnificent, always ready for anything, clearing empty bowls and minimal trash for more space. Very chill and calm atmosphere, can talk w family and friends without feeling like interrupted from other tables. Got Thai and American style options for some dishes.

Not worth it for the price and flavor. Customer service is outstanding however. 7th street burger down the block gives you more bang for your buck with fewer options. Hence the reason why they are always packed.

i used to come here about 3 years ago it was more fun, alive. it is now under new management and since then prices got raised, they took out the arcade games and you cant even bring in your own water. they say no food but the gentlemen was eating a feast. cant smoke? but has packs of cigarettes out on the pool table? cant drink? but your pouring drinks.

Got the chicken with broccoli and fried rice. The food was tasty but could have been warmer. There is limited seating on the main floor but lots down the stairs to the lower level.
