I have ordered from here about three times. I don't know why such bad reviews maybe I haven't tried enough roti all around. This place is very delicious, the portions are very large and well packed when your ordering takeout. The taste is athuentic and delicious when I'm craving curry or the doubles I always order here.

I have not ate anything from this place that I did not like. Everything is tasty with balanced spices. Though, their rice sometimes feels like a bit undercooked. I am a rice person, so I know what a fully cooked rice is. Nevertheless, their meat are high quality and good service.

I purchased curry goat today and it was spoiled. The last time I ate from this establishment was two years ago and there was a small rock in the rice literally a rock. I thought that maybe they had been doing better but I clearly see that that is not the case. They don’t seem to get a lot of business so they must be refrigerating, freezing, and putting food back out.

This is a great place to get a bite to eat before you head to Rockaway beach. We love the fact that the ingredients are from urban farms from local farms and products from local businesses. We ordered their Brisket Burger. The bun was soft, the burger was juicy and the lettuce and tomato tasted super fresh! We were so happy that we even ordered a chicken wrap to go and ate it at the beach.

LoLo’s on the water was such a great choice at pier 57! The food and service was amazing! Fresh, delicious and worth the trip. The friendly staff made the whole experience even better.
