I don’t know if it’s the trade war but I’m very disappointed in this place. I’ve been eating here over seven years. Food has always been top-tier. Not as for tonight it was Trash, the broccoli was no good. They done switch the rice besides that the pork fried rice taste spoiled, and the beef is like chewing gum. You can’t eat it. I will also be filing a health department complaint. And I pray y’all meat is real because I will be giving my doctor a sample to test. It don’t taste like beef. I post

I really genuinely hate to be that guy, but there was half a dead centipede in my soup. I only ordered in because I'm sick, and I was put off the rest of my meal ($30). The lady I spoke to was nice and offered either a $3 cash refund for one of the 2 soups, or to deliver another wonton soup (no thanks, I don't really want to think about where the other half of the bug is). I understand bugs exist and things happen, but I'm pretty bummed lol

Their lunch special is fairly priced. It comes with a soup or egg roll. I got the hot and sour soup which was excellent. I also got the spare ribs with pork fried rice. You can tell this is probably a more “gourmet” level of take out. It wasn’t red and saucy like your typical Chinese take out spot. Unfortunately I wanted the real hood version.

This place serves the best Chinese food, hands down! The fried chicken is incredibly well-seasoned, crispy, and packed with flavor, while the crinkle fries are so good I could eat them all day. The honey garlic chicken has the perfect balance of sweetness and crunch, making it absolutely irresistible. And the fried rice? Cooked to perfection—firm, not mushy, with just the right texture. I love everything about this spot and will keep coming back again and again. If you’re craving top-tier Chines

Tasty, quick, they have less greasy/healthier options, not expensive and the people are nice. We’ve been so many times since we live right near it. Highly recommend the general tso chicken. We also ordered beef fried rice, chicken wings, and crab rangoon. All delicious.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every dish was well prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that the kitchen puts care and attention into every plate. The portions were generous, and everything tasted perfectly balanced. From the first bite to the last, the quality of the food really stood out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a g

The hot and sour soup and the pan-fried pork dumplings were DELISH! We also had the Szechuan Fish Filet with pickled cabbage and it was to die for!! Service is hands off but attentive. If you need something just call them over. The teas and iced tea were better than average. Sorry for the pics - phone did NOT eat first.

This is a small bakery that sells meals!! Tried it for the first time & it was ok! Nothing to rave about! The Thai Ice Tea tasted nothing like Thai Ice Tea!! Curry beef was ok! Great portions & they have combos as well!! Service was fairly quick as it got pretty busy & packed since ppl don't like to cook anymore! LOL Ambiance was ok! Their Pork Chop was Delicious!! A must try!!

The delivery was fast. The food is great. Very happy with the service they provided to me. Will definitely be ordering again. Only negative is the spare ribs had to much sauce. Should provide it on the side in a throw away container. I’m not a sauce lover but the ribs were great.

Good food, nice decor, and friendly service! I was here with a group of 4 and ordered a bunch of dishes to share: - Coco snow crab glass noodles - Steamed whole fish fillet - Lamb chops - Watercress - Crispy taro duck - Seafood fried rice Everything was solid. Crispy taro duck was on the heavier side, but I really liked the glass noodles, fish fillet, and lamb chops. Overall, I enjoyed the food and the ambiance.

Let's be totally for real. You don't go to a "cheap" Chinese take-out for atmosphere. You come to get more bang for your buck with a side order of MSG. And this place scratches the itch. The wonton egg drop soup had just the right amount of viscosity, the meat filling in the dumplings had a pleasantly warm dose of pepper, and it was still piping hot after carrying it a few blocks in the chill of the night air. It was a warming, comforting, and filling in all the ways I needed it to be at under $

Service was quick and polite, food was inexpensive (though serving sizes weren’t too big, it was still cheap to buy two items) and delicious. A nice hole in the wall for sure. The lady at the cashier even gave me a can of Canada Dry for $1, which really made my day.

Classic Chinese cooking prepared in a small, no-frills storefront for take-out, delivery & catering.
The food tastes CLEAN, homemade. The quantity is generous. The person who takes the order is extremely polite and the chef accommodates adjustments. The delivery person is polite and always has a smile on his face. Best take out!

They serve a Chinese pancake for vegetarians. Haven’t had this before but I enjoyed the thin crepe-like texture, egg and cilantro! I got it with the honey spicy sauce, which was just the right level of spicy for me. Enjoyed it so much, went back next day for seconds.

Where to start with this legend of an establishment. This Chinese bakery has been a staple of the neighborhood for as long as I can remember. They’ve got the freshest bread around and amazing hot coffee. Their sausage egg and cheese is my regular it is absolutely a banger. Their sponge cakes are perfectly light and fluffy too. You really can’t go wrong with anything you choose. The same lady rings me up every time, shout out to her she is a gem!! Long live Red Lotus! 🪷

First Chinese restaurant that I actually found since moving to the neighborhood that tastes great and has awesome customer service. The woman who takes orders in the front is always so welcoming and sweet. Love their shrimp and broccoli combo with pork fried rice and an egg roll. I will say the prices here are on average 2-4 bucks more than other Chinese food take out restaurants throughout the city though and that part I wish were different. Great food and nice people though.

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for over 10 years, so this review comes from a loyal customer. I understand that food costs have gone up, and I don’t mind paying higher prices. What I do mind is paying more and getting less. Recently, the vegetable lo mein has become almost all noodles with only tiny bits of vegetables. If you’re ordering vegetable lo mein because you actually want vegetables, you’ll be disappointed. Loyal customers deserve better than shrinking portions while prices k

They have the best Chinese food in the area. I haven’t had one thing that didn’t taste good from here. Chicken with broccoli, garlic chicken, French fries, ribs etc. You name it, they can cook it to your liking. They only accept cash, I believe an atm is available. The young lady working at the front is always helpful and a joy. Solid 5 out of 5.

Came with a group of 11 people, and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was very warm and lively inside, with awesome service by the waiters. Food was served in huge portions and extremely affordable. I got the beef noodles this time, and the beef was tender and bouncy. They were generous with the cuts as well. I couldn’t finish one order of noodles, in fact, the more I ate the more noodles appeared in my bowl (from soaking up the soup). Posted a picture of the before and after bowl…. No

My dinner experience was good with my friend. It was my first visit. Food was alright, fast service. The establishment was neat, well maintained. The waitress gave us an extra pair chopsticks for serving. Food portion is good too. Many reviews complained about bad service. Lucky that our dinnet servers were good.

Their appetizers were decent but their mains mostly missed unfortunately. Razor clams were good, a little tough but we liked the flavors and every part of it. The night’s special was steamed black cod, there’s a bit of a mala spice but it was good overall. The fish was super tender and the consistency was fantastic. Waterspinach was a bit salty. We saw everyone got the sweet and sour crispy fish so we ordered it too - the texture of the fish was 5/5, so good but the sauce felt a little thin in

Stopped by Chun Xiang Ju for a World Cup watch party and ended up ordering a full spread of their signature braised specialties. The braised pork trotter was the highlight of the table. The skin was rich and glossy, with plenty of collagen and a soft, silky texture. Every bite carried deep savory flavors from the braising liquid without being overly salty. The beef shank was sliced thick, showing beautiful layers of lean meat and tendon. Tender yet pleasantly chewy, it had a great balance of tex

This spot is a staple of the area with some of the best dumplings I've ever had. I always get the fried or steamed pork dumplings, but a lot of their other dishes are fire as well. I will say, their menu is very large so not everything is a banger but when they make good food they make GOOD food. This place is what affordable chinese takeout should be, and they do the classics extremely well. I accept that any improvements to the atmosphere, service, etc. would impact the prices, and that's just not what this restaurant should be. You can walk into this place with a $10 bill and have a delicious half fried chicken dinner. You can walk into this place with a 20 and REALLY indulge yourself. You can walk into this place with a 50 and legitimately feed a family of 4. So when I see one star
