Hip, laid-back Chinese eatery offering a wide range of dim sum specialties, plus tea & pastries.
Unbelievably good noodles here. We didn’t get dumplings, but tried the pork belly, crispy chicken, and tofu. All were extremely good and is a great option for lunch. Would highly recommend. Then grab a coffee and go to the rooftop to take in the view! (The crispy chicken was the best)

Great for a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff and the food was good. Good prices. But dont expect fancy plates and dishes. Everything served to go but there are seats to eat there and someone will bring to you and take your order. No fancy silverware. But it was perfect for what I wanted. Which was good food and a quick bite to eat.

Super affordable and great value — generous portions and the food tastes really good. The hui mian (braised noodle soup) is delicious on its own, and the Da Pan Ji with hui mian combo is especially flavorful and satisfying. We also tried the crispy pork bowl (Su Rou Kou Wan) and Dao Kou roast chicken, and both were solid. The only small downside was that the Dao Kou chicken was a bit on the cool side when it came out — it would be perfect if served hotter. Overall highly recommended, and I’ll de

Brought a few coworkers here and we were all so impressed. The food is truly authentic—every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You can tell there’s real attention to quality. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. It’s not easy to find this level of authenticity and service. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to and recommending to friends.

My sister entered Szechuan Kitchen on 233rd Street and Hillside Avenue after having a fantastic time at the gym. We had a craving for chicken fried rice. I looked up on google to find the nearest Chinese takeout and upon glancing at the reviews noticed a comment about it usually being empty. We thought that would be a good thing. We could be in and out.The woman who took our order was rubbing her nose and while she may have had a tissue, my sister asked who would be handling her food and bag. Sh

I passed by many times, and I regret that. We stopped in on a whim and got the Kung Pao Chicken; it is the best that we have experienced. Since then, we have been several times, trying the Tomato Beef (no more trips into Chinatown for that), Moo Shu Pork, General Tao's Chicken, Roast Pork Egg Foo Young, and more and everything has been top-notch! I’m so happy I took a chance on this restaurant. I love Chinese food but stopped eating it because every restaurant in my area became pretty gross. The last time I ordered from a spot I was shocked how bad the food was. Ya could check my reviews to avoid that spot & details. However this restaurant has me ordering regularly again. I took a star away because they are a little pricey but they do give a lot of food & it’s delicious so definitely not a deterrent. Best in the area for sure !!!

This restaurant near the movie theater with kind of small and decent. I've been to a lot of Chinese restaurants in Staten Island, but this one is New to me. Been eating here for almost 2 Decades. One of THE BEST Chinese Food spots in NYC and that's saying something. A Crown Heights staple. True Masters of flavor. I bring friends from other boroughs and they say its the best they've ever had. Same workers all these years, same great taste. Get anything, doesn't matter, you'll be satisfied

This is honestly my go to Chinese bakery. The service is always fast, the workers have such a good attitude, and they’re super kind every time I come in. Everything is cheap but still really fresh and delicious. The lemon honey drink is SO good and refreshing, especially with the fresh bread they make daily. Their bread always tastes soft, fresh, and never old. The rice noodles are also one of my favorites — they always give a lot and the flavor is consistently amazing every single time. Even w

We were passing through the food court and ended up getting a box of 6 egg tarts to share. They were decent, but not as good as they looked. Although we did eat them cold instead of reheated, as recommended on the box. Favorite of the ones we got was actually the salty boy. The Ube cheese one was fine. Thought I would like the taro egg yolk one more, but it was just ok. Overall fine to try, but not a place that I would look to revisit. There's plenty of seating around the food court, but may hav

I’ve been ordering from this takeout for years and I have to say the food is amazing but what really makes this place special is the incredible talent behind the counter. The cashier makes the most beautiful crochet items and I’ve had the joy of buying a few pieces over the years. Each one is carefully crafted and unique. Super friendly English speaking staff and awesome food. My family and I have been getting roast pork and duck from here for years and it never disappoints! The roast duck is wonderfully tender and fatty with delicious skin. I always get it with some ginger and soy sauce. Pro tip: order with rice during the lunch special for a perfect meal on a budget. I very respectfully asked for an exception for my wife and was flatly denied. Mind you, this is our go-to spot for Chinese food, but for A business that lacks the common sense and compassion to help a pregnant woman with a basic biological need does not deserve the community's support. I was doing a late-night work shift and ordered from here with my co-workers. There wasn't any spillage and they included the appropriate amount of condiments. The food arrived fresh and everything was accounted for (it was a large order). Taste-wise, the boneless ribs were a bit dry but tasty. The low Mein was decent, nothing jumped out. My co-workers also expressed that their food items were just decent as well.

The food here is the best around this neighborhood. Myself and my brother tried many different dishes an 8 out of 10 was good. Whenever you order food they come quickly. They are extremely rude and the delivery person is even more rude. How do you got upset at me because you delivered to the wrong address. Look at the food they gave me. The chicken is extremely white and nasty. They expect me to eat this after messing up my order and first delivering it to the wrong address. I asked them for an replacement, and I was rudely told no, I would have to pay again. I would never order here again Terrible customer service and the food sucks!!!

I’ve had one bad experience here and I think it was my fault. Never order early in the afternoon, you may be eating night food. But during the day and into the evening, this will always be my favorite chinese restaurant. There are a million and one times in the menu and it will always be shrimp fried rice with chicken wings and French fries. They could have 1*, I’m eating here.
