I have to come out and say that this is an amazing little store.The ice cream is absolutely incredible in flavor, and in my opinion well worth the prices! Just note that this is a very small store and the variety of flavors is limited. While I can understand that sometimes this store can get busy. It would help the overall customer experience. If the staff was more enthusiastic about there job. It would have made this into a 5 star review.

What a great concept. Liquor ice cream. I went recently and tried the White Russian and the Old Fashion. The old fashion is better as a drink and not a a dessert. Neither one were strong or anything, it’s just a hint of the alcohol flavor. I enjoyed the White Russian better. Loved the decor and the friendly staff. Would love to try the other flavors.

It was interesting enough to finish, but not something I would rush back for. The shop itself is small and stylish, very Instagram friendly, but the acoustics are rough. Even with just a few people inside the noise was bouncing off every surface. It takes away from what could be a cozy spot. A little soundproofing would go a long way.

Highly recommend paletas with no dips or toppings. We got mango dipped in chocolate and sprinkles with cookies (ice cream sandwich style), Oreo dipped in chocolate and sprinkles with cookies (ice cream sandwich style), and the “Healthy Berry” signature paleta or Greek Yogurt Berry dipped in chocolate and almonds. We all ended up eating toppings first and then the paletas clean without toppings. For mango and Greek yogurt berry, chocolate dip and cookies overwhelm the popsicles.

Came with my 11 year old and had a very disappointing experience. We came at 12, when the store is set to open. There were boxes all over the floor. The place was hot and dark. There were buckets of colored mix on the tables and benches, and the stool chairs were upside down. 8 out of the 16 flavors were out of order, so there were only two frozen yogurts, 2 ice creams, 2 sorbets, and 2 oat flavors. The worker didn't turn on the lights and he was unfriendly. I paid $20 for two mediocre cups.

We’ve always loved the fresh ice cream here but was extremely disappointed with the prepackaged pints. They tasted old and the mint chip still had green dye, after Van Leeuwen had officially removed the dye from their mint chip ice cream. I don’t know who long those pints had been sitting in the fridge. Having paid $48 for 4 pints of ice cream, I’m truly disappointed.

They charge based on weight, so there's no fundamental limit to how much you can get. None of the flavors or toppings are particularly amazing, but you do get a lot of flexibility in your dessert.

There are so many froyo places popping up in Manhattan but honestly there is nothing wrong with Pinkberry. I almost feel like I like the simplicity of their menu and toppings even more than some of these fancier places that have been popping up. I used to enjoy going here, but the quality seems to have dipped. Not only did I get a paltry amount of yogurt for the amount of money I spent (9.25 for a small with 2 sparse toppings), the fruit options were either out or in poor shape. It just isn't worth it to return.

Customer service was 10/10. The guys behind the counter were welcoming and explained the different options very well and gave 2 samples each. They have virgin and alcoholic options which is great. We are visiting NYC from California and came across this ice cream shop. Our 2-yr-old has egg and nut allergies and we had a blast taking him here and letting him have free reign. This location has a larger corner‑front layout with one small table, so it’s mostly a grab‑and‑go spot. They also have a points system you can use to skip the line, which is super convenient.
