A Georgian cafe that serves coffee during the day and becomes a wine bar/cocktail spot at night. They serve some special Georgian dishes as well as having a few other more basic dishes like bruschetta, nuts, and spinach dip. The cocktails were decent - we did enjoy the espresso martini, and the vibe is quite fun as it’s a small triangle shop in a busy neighborhood. I wish the seating was more comfortable, the bar seats in particular are quite wobbly, but this is a great spot to stop!

I was very disappointed with the service. The salad I received was poorly prepared and did not look fresh or presentable. I also noticed that other customers were served much better dishes, which made me feel that I was treated differently and unfairly. This is very poor customer service. This is one of my new favorite restaurants in NYC. Outstanding food. Everything is so delicious and authentic. Portions are solid and the plov is huge. Their bread is flaky and delicious. The Samsa is amazing and all the skewers we tried are charcoal grilled and smoky so they’re mouth watering especially the Neapolitan. Salads were fresh and crispy and full of herbs. The waiter was so nice and happy to give us recommendations. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend.

Went with my kids to Brighton Beach to try one of the Eastern European Resturants. We came on a bust saturday and they were mostly all full! we noticed Oleander and went in, They were clearly having a private event but they let us come in and eat. Leah from Falu House was so kind to create a Danish strawberry tart for my post-PhD defense celebrations despite never having made the cake before. She tried out the recipe over the weekend and sent me pictures so I could see what it looked like, and the end result was absolutely stunning and super tasty.
