The kale salad is 10/10!! Bowl was filled and well seasoned. Probably the best I’ve had in NYC :) However, other items tends to have a much smaller portion for the price. The “large” soup cost $11+.

Not accommodate to difference. The manager talked over me when he could have choose to listen and be accommodating. This WAS my favorite Sweetgreen and I would come here at least once a week. I went in and ordered a smooth strawberry smoothie last night and it was like a tan color?? I thought the color was off so I looked at past reviews from this location of the smoothie and it was a complete lu different color. The review posted showing a photo of it has it bright pink. Good food, a bit slow preparation. For bowl or salad of protein plate you pay roughly around $15 and then tip if you dine in. With Miso Salmon protein plate you get half of 🥑 which is nice. So overall healthy choice I would say.

Firstly want to shout out the new female worker at this location. I didn’t get her name but she told me she just started working there not too long ago. She typically wears a black and white bandana. She is so kind, and always makes my bowl to perfection. The ingredients are fresh and clean all of the time. I have seen a lot of improvement within the last month or so at this location. Absolutely love this Sweetgreen! Every time I come here, the food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The staff are always so friendly and quick, even during the busy hours. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and has such a welcoming vibe. My bowl always comes out perfectly balanced, you can really tell they pay attention to the details here. First time trying their wrap instead of a salad. The spicy sonoma caesar wrap was solid. I ordered for pick up directly on their website and it was ready to be picked up when I got there (which took less than 10 minutes). I ordered delivery on a Sunday and usually the Chopt location is good when you go in person but for delivery today they sent over a salad with brown slimy and wilted lettuce and forgot 2 ingredients entirely. I get that working on a weekend isn't fun but sending food poisoning in a bowl as revenge isn't the way to handle it. Really disappointed and won't ever order delivery from Chopt again.

I ordered A Cesar salad today for lunch 3/27/26 and there was a caterpillar inside my salad. Restaurants need to do a better job of checking the salads. My coworkers and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Delicious and fresh smoothie "bowl". Not sure why they put their bowls in a cup....it does make them a bit hard to eat. I got the Crunchy bowl which was delicious , but I dropped a few berries in the process! Also no tables inside, just a bench to wait for your order. Clearly marked vegan items and toppings.

I had the chicken pesto parm salad on Saturday, May 9th, and unfortunately got very sick afterwards and ended up throwing up. Not sure if it was the ingredients or the freshness, but my experience was not good.

The quality of the salad bowl is incredible. The ingredients are fresh, healthy, and served warm. The sauce is perfectly balanced—not too much, not too little. You can really taste the quality of the products. Love this place!

This place is a gem! There’s not enough places serving fresh food—the smoothies were delicious(I added the fresh coconut water to mine). Advocating for health food starts with our relationship to food and wellness. Supplements, books, incense, sage, agua florida….this place is a vibe. One love !

I believe this place is overcharging people,I got the blue smoothie and somehow it was $16 ,but I will tell you something,I did like the smoothie,staff was very nice,they even showed me their ingredients since I had couple of questions about them. The place is small but nice.

The staff and general manager here are incredibly kind. My mother visited today, and they treated her with so much patience and care, never rushing her. She doesn’t speak much English, yet they treated her with the same respect and kindness as anyone else—which isn’t always the case in many places. We love this place!!!!! We usually order online just because the walk is a little far from our apartment. The açaí bowls are DELICIOUS, we have been ordering them at least 3 times a week. The smoothies and juices are also very good, but we love the açaí bowls!

Horrible experience ordering Just Salad over Uber Eats. This was the 2nd night this week, and 4th time in a month that they have messed up my order. Yesterday, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken salad with bread and they forgot to include the chicken, bread and there was no dressing. Today, I ordered 2 salads, and only received 1, and it was the wrong salad. They gave me someone else’s order instead. I love Just Salad but the delivery service has been horrible.

Overall, everything was great—the ingredients were fresh, and the salad was delicious. My only complaints are that there wasn't a wider selection of toppings. I asked for black beans and avocado, which they don't have as part of their menu. I'd love to see more of a variety, especially given the price. The drinks are very tasty, and refreshing. I've Been coming to this playa bowl for over 3 years and as of lately the quality and proportions have declined. In the past, they would fill the acai to the top of the bowl and then place the fruit. But since a new group of employees started working there on evenings and weekends, ive had the smallest amount of Acai they can put in the bowl. I love this place. I come here all the time with my Mom and have tried everything from their breakfast, paninis, salads, smoothies and juices. I haven’t had a problem with anything. The staff is friendly, quick and the food is always fresh.

This place used to be at Lawrence St but now they're at Willoughby. They move in January 2023. The place is bigger but still needs some work. It feels like a space in a way. Compare to their previous location they don't even put the posters of their new drinks inside which makes it kind of difficult to even know what's new. The people there are very nice. This place needs adeep cleaning! Everything is dusty, the plastic decorations are cloudy... I ordered a waffle and they gave me some kind of half-raw flatbread, what size is this waffle? What did I pay 15$ for? Brought it, refused it, replaced it with a creep that costs much less and no one has tried to somehow fix the situation or offer anything yet...

I used the app to order ahead. Easy pick up. The team is very efficient to have all the orders out on the shelf. Inside is bright and open. Mostly all bar seats. You just eat your food and leave. The ingredients are fresh. I feel this portion is smaller compared to other similar businesses.

Happy Bowls is my go-to for a healthy, satisfying lunch. It’s hard to find places that balance fresh ingredients with generous portions, but they nail it every time. The Chicken Chill-antro salad is a personal favorite! The team there is wonderful and makes every visit a pleasant experience. Five stars for great food and great service. Love that it’s kid friendly too!

Fresh and healthy smoothie in upper west! My friend recommended here and glad to find a place like this. Much better than starbucks. However, I ordered multiple times but they were usually not cold(kinda warm). I think it can be really good if they blend the iced fruits. It's really creamy, so I just keep ordering tho. Love Playa Bowls—best açaí bowls hands down!!! They’re hearty and you get a nice size bowl/amount for the price. The options are insane! My favorite is the power -açaí bowl w/ peanut butter (shown in the picture). My kids love the mucho mango (also in the picture) and the Stupid Cupid (not pictured). The pizzas honestly all tasted the same but not in the worst way. The pizzas were all thin-crust, and had cheese the way I liked it but honestly the dough base was a little too bready and chewy for my preference. It honestly didn't matter much if the slice had pepperoni, sausage, or just margarita sauce on top it didn't really change much about the flavor profile of the pizza. Honestly, honestly, still a baseline solid NY style slices. The sicilian slice was a little underwhelming though.

I ordered this restaurant through Uber Eats and spent $54. I ordered two mushroom wraps, two vegan pastas, and a garlic Parmesan cauliflower. The pasta and mushroom wraps were a buy one get one. Personally, a huge fan of playa bowls. All of their bowls are fresh and there’s a wide array of exciting flavor combos to choose from. Unfortunately, this playa bowls is a few tiers below the rest. Coconut flakes were yellowed and rock hard. Looked unclean inside. No place to sit. Would recommend finding a different location in the city.

Ordered Hawaiian smoothie which was supposed to have banana, mango, pineapple. Obviously the smoothie had only bananas in it, not a slight taste of pineapple or mango. The color of it says it all.
