I went in and ordered a regular chicken bowl. I never asked for extra protein and certainly didn’t receive it. My bowl is mainly rice, and I was charged for extra chicken. A bowl that is usually $12 was $17. I didnt want to make a fuss with the workers bc Its only $4 but please be more mindful and do your simple ahh job correctly.

The worst customer service. The soda machine did not have anymore Pepsi and none of the employees wanted to refill it. They were giving a very bad attitude. I had to ask them more than 3 times to please help me. Then they decided to replace it and ended up saying there was not more Pepsi in the back. For the price, easily a five star establishment in my opinion. I ordered the chicken burrito with everything on it, it came out to just under $10. Authentic Mexican food and pastries—can’t believe I hadn’t discovered this place sooner! My first visit was to pick up pan de muerto and conchas, both fresh and absolutely delicious. Today (Sunday), my husband and I went back for lunch, and wow! I had the pozole blanco with chicken—it was incredible. My husband ordered the bistec con rajas, which was equally flavorful. We visited this taqueria mainly because we wanted to try the pollo verde tamales, but unfortunately they were sold out when we got there. That was a little disappointing since it was the main reason for our visit. Even so, the tamales we did try were good, and the staff was very nice and helpful throughout our visit. They were friendly, answered our questions, and made us feel welcome.

Excellent food at this “hole in the wall”. There is nothing fancy here BUT the food is excellent and everyone who works here is lovely. These are some of the best quesadillas in the city. If you are in the area you need to check them out. You can not go wrong.

Just ordered Uber eats and I can’t say this enough. Do not order burritos. As you can see (yes these pics are sickening) the burritos (chicken and steak) were 95% rice. Little to no meat and the veggies did not taste fresh. Horrible. I looked back at my previous orders and had I realized I reported them previously for terrible portions I wouldn’t have ordered again. Would not recommend. We called the restaurant and they were being difficult and not understanding their mistake in portions.

Guac Time Mexican Grill has easily become one of my favorite spots. This place is goated. I have come only once and got the Al pastor quesadilla with flour bread for THESE HUGEEE quesadillas that was only $12 TOTAL?!? Dude. And these bites were out of this world. The quesadilla had some mango bits in there that give it a sweet citrus flavour which worked well with the avocado and meat. It’s oily but not to the point that you feel gross. Perfect balance.
