Great Holiday Inn location! Had king room on 12th floor, stayed 3 nights. Has outdoor seating, close to Amtrak and subway, easy to get to the major destinations in Manhattan - all for a reasonable price. They'll store your luggage pre & post check in so you can max your time in the city. Free wine at 4pm. Free water bottles and coffee 24/7. The staff were awesome and always talking with guests and making you feel comfortable. Can't say enough good things about this location. Highly recommend!

Great location, very clean. Close to all the right stuff without being too close. Very easy to get everywhere. We hit tons of spots downtown, midtown, uptown, and Brooklyn and it was all an easy subway ride without transfers. Second time I stayed here. Almost want to keep it a secret. Only bad thing is the elevator situation. Not enough elevators for busy hours. Plan an extra 10 minutes in your day for just in case.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Place Chelsea. It was perfectly located near the subway for easy coming and going. The staff and front desk were always helpful, welcoming and kind. Our room was small (we expected that!) but no complaints here! It was perfectly organized and very clean and comfortable. We never heard any other guests on our floor ever. Wow what a fantastic Spanish tapas restaurant in Chelsea. Food was flavoursome and not salty, so you taste the food so well. So delicious. Had the grilled octopus from their “specials” and can I say it was very special and have told the chef they should have it on their regular menu. Real Spanish feel about the dining area and reminded me of those crowded tapas restaurants in old San Sebastian. Great experience.

Loved the white asparagus from their seasonal menu. The flavor, the layers, and texture, just incredible!! Fried shrimp was such a fun appetizer, super crispy and flavorful. The mayonnaise sauce has a hint of yuzu flavor to it. The combo is just very summertime.
