I don’t know who his name is but he is a black manger. He was so rude to me as a customer and he was so mean and belittling to the employees here. I brought this to his attention because I will not let know treat others this way and he told me to “get over it”. He needs to be fired immediately. No one should be talking to ANYONE in a dehumanizing ways these employees deserve better than to be treated like that when they are just trying to work. Way he spoke to me was very unprofessional.

I ordered the Mac and cheese with oxtail and a beef patty. Mac cheese was like a block and felt like they reheated food from the night before. Oxtails was all fat. The beef patty is not made in house. They buy them in bulk frozen and sell it. You can get those beef patties from the grocery store. This is not authentic Jamaican food. It honestly did not taste good. The restaurant is cute though.

We have long time without visiting this place and we were wondering if still good. We are happy to know it was a good experience. The service was good as I remember years ago. The food is very good. The food did not disappoint and I was happy with my choice. Prices are acceptable. The music was too loud for me. I have hearing problems, and speaking was a challenge. That’s the reason of the four stars. I recommend this place and I will be back when I visit The Bronx.

A great spot to grab a drink before the Yankees game! They have a decent beer selection and a full bar. We didn't eat, but the food smelled amazing. Several TVs were showing the World Cup, which was a nice touch. The vibe is really cool in here, too. The staff was fine, though it can take a little while to grab a drink when it gets busy. This Dominican spot was close to our hotel, the Highbridge, and for what we paid, was about 55 for 3 people which was a knockout price for all the food we got for a combo, it was spot on! My favorite order at El Greco is this amazing lamb salad bowl. Their lamb is the best I've ever tasted. It's tender and flavorful and the tzatziki sauce's perfect tanginess and texture make for quite the pairing. The fries are cooked and seasoned just right to not overwhelm the dish. Finally, that salad which brings it all together could not get any more fresh. Every ingredient of it tastes like it was just picked. Every time I order this bowl, it's as good as the first time I tried it.

Apparently they do not know how to read a simple order. I ordered from ubereats and instead of receiving the correct items half my order was incorrect I asked for 2 strawberry milkshakes and instead they decided to send me 2 soft drinks.
