Let's begin with the rice if you can't make a decent white rice you shouldn't have a restaurant and the arroz morro which I got tasted like it burnt on them then they try too save what ever they could but you could taste the smoked flavor on that rice. the pasta salad with mayonnaise was terrible in other words expired the maduros were not sweet and over fried I can keep going but just save your money and dont go.
