I understand that the staff may be busy, but I really hope they receive better customer service training. When a customer who clearly needed help made eye contact with them, they quickly looked away and seemed more focused on talking among themselves. This happened not just once, but twice. I hope the management understands that this kind of customer service may be one of the reasons Starbucks is struggling.

The service was super quick and friendly from the moment I walked in. Even with a bit of a line, they kept things moving smoothly and everyone was really helpful. For the food, I went with the "Medium" tender combo and it was spot on. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crunchy. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. Overall, the quality was definitely there. You can tell they use good ingredients and know how to cook chicken right. Definitely gotta say I recommend.

Delicious food, but pricey, remember that you have to pay for the food plus gratitude charge plus tax plus tips. I mean buy hundred dollar food.. pay another hundred dollar to pay their rent,service is not that good,you place the order they will just serve food no one will come up after you finish. Went with the fam for the halal hibachi and it never disappoints. Flavorful and Savory and cooked perfectly every time …the kids had a great time watching the hibachi show too. The big guy with a beard on expo is goofy, keeps getting orders and not putting them in the correct order and just letting it bunch up. I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin Donuts. The person who took my order, Rusha, got my drink wrong and then argued with me instead of fixing it. I ordered a cappuccino, but was given a latte. When I pointed it out, Rusha insisted that I ordered a latte and even said they are “the same thing,” which is simply not true. Grew up next to a pizza parlor as a Chinese take out kid. This spot was nostalgic. The grandma slice was thin and crispy, the ingredients were FRESH! The moz cheese and green sauce shone. One of the best slices I’ve had in Queens. Also they serve Lemon King icees :D would come back to try a pie!!

I like the convenience of it being next to the 495 highway. We came here because the bakery up the block was not open for Christmas. Placed order at kiosk. Was told by server no grass jelly. Substitute with pudding instead. The white pearls did not deliver the texture I was looking for. Overall, the drink was average and seems ingredients were in shortage.

this is a lovely family run restaurant, the chef is very kind and offers to make changes to dishes without even being asked to. his wife is the baker here and makes amazing bread. we came for my brother’s birthday. each of us ordered a different dish, and each dish was a hit. we’ll be returning soon!

Came in on a rainy Sunday to collect a city magnets. There were a few customers waiting for their order. The employee took my order. There is a self-serve kiosk for you to order a well. Picked 2 drinks and 2 egg tarts, got my Fresh Meadows magnet. Great service, great drinks, and best egg tarts. Plenty of parking as this is in the mall. Go check them out.

Favorite place to get teas, large variety and toppings. Friendly staff. Also have snack options, foods like onigiri and bento boxes, and lots of desserts. I tried mango pomelo cheese drink, delicious. Also tried their chicken nuggets. Good flavor but i prefer if it were fried chicken instead.

The sushi rolls were absolutely amazing. Nothing overly complicated just really well-made sushi that tasted incredible. You can tell the fish is fresh and high quality. The atmosphere was great and made the whole experience even better. The staff was genuinely friendly, and the owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome. That personal touch made a big difference. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others.

Donuts are notably smaller with less frosting than other DDs in the neighborhood, but flavor is standard. I’ve ordered multiple times throughout the year from this location and have consistently been disappointed by their presentation (see pictures). I would recommend getting better quality donuts from DD on 168th St and Union Turnpike or Bell blvd location instead.

Had a doctors appointment nearby and was craving pizza, I came into this place to find a nice cozy, warm and friendly environment. I was greeted right away by Edward and he took my order. I waited about 25 mins for two salads and a juice because the place is riddled with uber and DoorDash drivers and there’s not enough people cooking. The juice was fine. I ordered my salad with salmon on the side. The piece of salmon I got was so small I laughed when I opened the container. Just ordered this on DoorDash pick up and want satisfied sadly. The Thai ice tea was really good and the cheese crinkle fries but, the fried chicken was way too oily and greasy and a fat so I couldn’t eat it even though it was very hot. Pretty disappointed and can’t get a refund for it .

Best hot and sour soup in Fresh Meadows, NY. Highly recommend it as it contians full of ingredients: sliced tofu, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoot and egg drop. Chicken wings and spring rolls are tasty as well. I always go back and order these same items! This place is so cute and such a nice spot for the neighborhood! I got the Mayan Bowl and an Iced Lavender Coffee and honestly can’t wait to go back. I saw a review stating that their beef and scallion is not made well however, I thought why not give the restaurant a second chance. That was the worse decision I ever made. There was 5% beef, 3% scallion, and 92% ONION?!!! I ordered BEEF AND SCALLION, not ONIONS with a dash of beef and scallion. It was extremely salty and basically inedible. Waste of time and money. Who in their right mind would allow a customer to eat this THEN continue to serve it after complaints.

Staff is amazing, services were good but could have been better. Amazing view from our room and lots of food option nearby the hotel which was very convenient. Very close to the airport so it's easy to travel and a safe area. Buses routes are nearby as well like 4 mins walk. There are few drawbacks; they don't provide you slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. You have to request for services a day before and on my second last day, they didn't clean as much as they should be. Breakfast is the same

Walked in the gym and instantly felt welcomed. The vibe is unmatched to any gym in queens! The membership was easy to understand and I signed up and got a personal training on a discount the same day. I’d rather have someone help me show me the right form and exercises to do then guess. Getting a personal trainer is also one of the best choices I made. Try this gym 1st you will not be disappointed, I promise 💪🏽

I love that there are so many different options for building your pizza!
