Uber Eats delivered my pizza. It was cold, soggy and all toppings were off the pizza. Solidified on the cardboard box. Paying the extra fees for using Uber Eats took this pizza to the ultimate low. Over $40 for a 14” sausage/mushroom pizza that had poor quality throughout the whole process was very disappointing.

I’m regular customer, the grilled chicken it’s so tasty, well cook and not too seasoned which is healthier… a lot of healthy choices. Good prices. Friendly staff just one thing ; they need to mention that they add automatically tips. When you are paying and provide receipt with food items for any misunderstood. Just keep an eye on that. We were pleasantly surprised how great this place was. Great service and delicious Italian food at a pretty reasonable price point. While in Queens with some Bangladeshi friends, they recommended we try this spot for lunch. Some of us chose the buffet others the lollipop chicken and some mo mo dumplings. The first plates from the buffet were cold, the second plates a little bit warmer. The lollipop chicken was kind of on the dry side. Another one and done spot. Came here for an anniversary lunch :) the place was beautifully decorated as Mother’s Day was right around the corner. We ordered jugo de guayaba y jugo de maracuya, which were both very good. One of the cachapa came with chicharron on the side and the other one had pulled chicken. They were both delicious, though very filling so I suggest sharing if you’re not someone with a big appetite. My only critique is that this place is a bit pricey and the space is a bit tight in between tables.

Food was great. As all other restaurants the price is average (between $17 - $23$) a plate. We went on a cold Sunday (winter) during lunch hour. There wasn’t a whole lot of people and food came out rather quickly. We had Bandeja Paisa, Caldo de Costilla, and Pollo empanizado. Only thing I did not like was when paying for the bill one of the ladies messed up with the change and did not realize until I told her she was short but other than that all was good.

This was my third time giving this place a try. The first two times I ordered food for take out and I didn’t find the food as good as the reviews made it seem. I decided to give this place one more try and ordered food for delivery. The lady on the phone mistaked the meats we chose for the nacho order. The nachos ended up being too salty to consume. We called to try to fix the order but she said that we were wrong. We paid 70 dollars on food that we unfortunately won’t be able to eat.

The food is delicious! Very authentic. The ladies behind the counter are very welcoming. Prices are very fair, nice portions. I would definitely recommend it. The baked chicken is my favorite. I buy food from here at least twice a week.

At first glance, this place looks okay, but at night it becomes awful. The restroom is basically just a bucket, so be very careful if you decide to go there—especially if you’re a guy. On top of that, the bartenders do not speak English, including the so-called manager (I think his name was Donny?). He charged my friend twice on his credit card. The food at Shake shack is always a top 5 for me when it comes to fast food. Everything felt freshly made and the staff is super welcoming too. Anne is very sweet! The bathrooms were also very well kept. I’m just glad I don’t have to go to queens center mall when I’m craving this food. I highly recommend coming here and the dine in experience was good.

I ordered 3 slices of pizza, hadn’t eaten a meal all day. I get in about 20mins later and realize there is a whole slice of my pizza looks bitten like someone ate it but it was still served to the public for consumption. I am writing this review after a deeply disappointing experience. I have been a customer here before and returned hoping for a better outcome. On this visit, I specifically ordered the chicharron de pollo for $20. What I received was a container of rice, beans, and literally only the bony back of a chicken and butt. I have attached a photo. There were no pieces with edible meat, no thighs, legs, or breast—which is the standard and reasonable expectation when ordering a chicken dish. For a $20

Great in person service. The pizza was good I had pepperoni and plain. I had the honey bbq boneless wings and they were bomb! I would definitely get those again. Very rude workers, the old lady started scolding me and yelling at me because my dog had pooped next the tree, in front of their bakery, I even picked it up with my doggy bags and she didn’t stop yelling at me until I walked off, the worker making food in the back, raised his voice and said “NO” to my mom when she asked if they sold champurrado. The service Monday to Friday mornings is terrible. There's one man in particular who is rude and always gives me iced coffee when I usually ask for it without ice. I've tried to talk to him, but he's rude and doesn't respond.
