Hey there’s an employee there that needs to be re-trained on how to make the sandwiches. Some sandwiches require more meat depending on type (for example subway club and 5 meat italian). They made it completely wrong and delivery is to expensive for them not to prepare it accurately. I buy these sandwiches at work near Wall Street all the time, I know how they’re supposed to look

Completely got my order wrong, the cashier paid no attention to the order, he looked under the influence of something. Gave me the wrong order of coffee, and the one making the orders, she was just as bad. This has happened on many occasions and I will not be coming here anymore. The blackberry tangerine tasted diluted coolaid. Awful.

Ordered here because they were close to my place and usually have good food. 1st time I ordered my order was over an hour late when I called they said it left, when I asked them to check they realized it was still in the restaurant and then sent it out. Today I ordered again hoping for a better experience but it was worse. My coffee came ruined and they forgot my avena and the sauce for my quips. I love Chipotle. I felt nervous going to this location because of the reviews. I usually go to the Chipotle on 85th street . I pass by this location often bcuz I go to the gym nearby. I finally went to this location a few days ago on a Friday, in person. It was clean, organized, the employees were pleasant. Not one of them were rude or dismissive. I ordered a bowl to go, The portions were good. No complaints, I'll return.

Food wasn’t fresh at all. Chicken wings looked extremely old I did not bother to taste it. Ordered chicken with broccoli & it looked like food that was reheated from over night. Also found a hair in the food. Not everything is perfect but I expect fresh clean food. Wouldn’t really recommend.

I was very disappointed with my order from this location. My bowl contained an excessive amount of lettuce and very little rice, chicken, and other ingredients. After removing the lettuce, it became clear that a large portion of the bowl was lettuce rather than the ingredients I paid for. The food is AMAZING here. Takes a while for deliveries and in person but it is WORTH IT as they cook it perfectly, amazing portions, their lemonade is amazing love it. Besides one time having a misunderstanding and having them throw a menu at me cause they were upset at my misunderstanding the food and service besides that one time are great. The environment is not so great but the food is amazing.

I love this place! They have been making food for me and my family since 2018 and they have always had good food, affordable prices, and quick delivery! Atmosphere wise, the restaurant isn't one you can eat inside because it's quite small but they make up for it with all the things I mentioned above. I hope the people reading this enjoy this place like me and my family do!

I used grubhub to order food for delivery from this location. I ordered 2 egg and sausage sandwiches and added cheese to both. One had american cheese and the other had mozzarella. Once the order arrived, I was shocked to discover both sandwiches had no egg despite egg being the default option when choosing different sandwiches. I would understand forgetting the cheese but it's extremely unacceptable to get both sandwiches without egg. Who even eats sandwiches with just a beef sausage and cheese

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ALLERGIES. I ordered online and said I'm allergic to garlic and onions. When I picked up my food, I asked to make sure and the person at the front confirmed that my allergens were not there. There are huge chunks of onion in my mei fun. Just hoping I don't get sick from eating it.

This place.... I'm not sure if one would call it a Restaurant but it is a pretty small spot. The place has a small seating area with a couple of tables and a few chairs which where not organized at the time of my visit. Tables had food crumbs from the last folks who where seated and there was trash on the floor, you'd think the staff would wipe them down and sweep up. You can also look into the Kitchen from the counter and judge for yourself whether its clean or not but I say it looked OK to me

Honestly, this is one of the best Dominican restaurants in the city, but what really won me over was the beans. They're so good and I never really go for beans at most restaurants. Only thing that holds them back is the lack of chicken on occasion.

Knew them for years and they have been part of the community in serving food for decades. Staff was always kind and respectful. The food is always to my liking, been getting my chicken thighs for years now. Mindy is a kind and lovely women that cares about people. Anyone who doesn't like this place is just downright hateful. There's a girl that's always extremely nice to me and my dog whenever I go in to get a latte. No matter how busy it is, she always says hi to my dog. The donuts can be a little better though.

The food was good overall, and there were a lot of options on the menu. I ordered nachos, and although they were very spicy, the flavor was still good. I also had wine, which I enjoyed. The vibe and atmosphere were nice, and the happy hour was decent. The music was okay and gave the restaurant a fun energy. The main issue was the service and organization in the beginning. When we first arrived, there were no appetizer chips or nachos brought out, no water at the table, and no napkins at first.

Given this establishment’s untruthful response deserved me rewriting my review of today’s visit here. I ordered a Steak burrito and emphasized I wanted Carne Asada and was served a rice burrito instead and when I showed the second waiter (because the person who took my order was a cook,) who was the cashier at the adjoining deli/ grocery store the plate he insisted there was steak in the burrito so I carved the bits out proving it was not a steak burrito but a rice burrito which I did not order

This used to be my go-to pizza shop, but I won't return. The cook who usually works in the back preparing food, was in the front and completely mishandled my order. he left my pizza on the counter where a family and their kids were all over it, and when I asked for a replacement, he put it on a lower counter out of my sight. Knowing that it was the cook the person handling the dough, sauce, cheese and other toppings makes this even worse. The hygiene is completely unsanitary, the handling is unp
