I ordered two coffees. They prepared them pretty fast during the afternoon rush. We sat upstairs because it was less crowded.

This McDonald's location is #1 in The Bronx! They need a plaque from corporate hq stating "Number 1 in Customer Service!" And "Best McDonald's in NYC!" ALL STAFF are well-trained, professional, kind, courteous, and makes my day every time I order here! I only come 2 this McDonald's in The Bronx because they should be the flagship store of NYC! The staff don't seem very attentive but what ruined the visit was the guy cleaning. He was disorganized and downright rude and hostile. He was sweeping everywhere and then getting mad and making passive aggressive comments when people didn't move where he wanted them to which he never indicated where to move to. I've tried soooo many times to get an iced coffer here and they get it wrong every single time. This a small hole in the wall in a residential area but the food this PR food is authentic made by women and men that can be your grandma or grandpa. It is really good. Absolutely everything is good here. If you are able to visit this place I recommend it before any other spots in NYC😊

The restaurant looks nice and clean. Really bright inside. We dined in. Ordered a little bit of everything. Rice, pork, veggies and a seafood soup. Was very disappointed but everything was cold. The red velvet cake was okay, the frosting on top was very dry/and had a weird taste. First Chinese restaurant that I actually found since moving to the neighborhood that tastes great and has awesome customer service. The woman who takes orders in the front is always so welcoming and sweet. Love their shrimp and broccoli combo with pork fried rice and an egg roll. I will say the prices here are on average 2-4 bucks more than other Chinese food take out restaurants throughout the city though and that part I wish were different.
