At this location the managers and crew do not care about accurate orders!! My order #873 was all wrong the young lady gave me a small iced coffee and I ordered med. I ordered a double burger and got a Big Mac instead. I will never go there again!! It's a shame because the owner works harder then her crew and there attitudes are unwelcoming!

The place was clean tables cleaned IMMEDIATELY after each person. Their table service experience was first class felt like upscale dining. The food was hot you could taste it was just made just for you. The server Nicole greeted you at the door she was friendly, attentive & sincere. She came back to our table to check if we needed anything twice. The workers seemed happy to serve which was refreshing I will DEFINITELY be making this my McDonald's.

I’ve ordered from here a couple of times. The food is pretty good, it gives a halal version of Chipotle. I ordered from Uber Eats and the food came cold. As i’m eating, i found a hair in my food. I contacted the restaurant and was given a refund. And they let me know that if i ordered another bowl that they would deliver it again. But honestly, the hair im my food threw me off. I don’t feel as though I will be ordering again.

I ordered a 6 piece bone in lemon pepper for buy 1 get one free through Uber Eats. This chicken taste and smell disgusting. Smells and taste like old dish soap and this is unacceptable. This meal didn’t meet with my expectations nor am I satisfied with this. I been calling the location non stop and there is no answer do not order or eat from this location. THIS LOCATION IS BAD

They’re just so CARELESS ! I understand it’s just dunkin it’s fast food. but I been to other Dunkin where they actually make their food with LOVE! AND KINDNESS AND PATIENCE!!! This store/smoothie/sandwich/salad store is my go to place when in the area. The staff is amazing and remember my order, super friendly and just great. The food and smoothies are fantastic. I came here at 9:20pm and they were closing up and had the door locked. There was a lady in front of me and she got her coffee because the girl knew her and the employee told her “oh pay for it tomorrow because we closed the registers”. I've only ordered beef tacos & flan but the portions are generous & delicious. The service is friendly & good. I always order a margarita & no complaints they do not chintz on the tequila. It's what you would call a hole in wall it small with about 8 tables & a bar but sometimes those the great places.

The food is good, but I don't like how they change the menu items after you order and don't even realize until you get home. Combo's say, large rice, medium beans, salad or sweet plantains or totones, and a 2 litter soda. But if you pick rice mix with beans, they take it on themselves, not to give you the medium beans, and still charge you the $36 for the full combo. No where on the menu does it say if you pick rice with beans, you don't get the full combo n still will be paying the same price.

I ordered pizza from Papa John’s and ended up getting really sick afterward. I had stomach pain, vomiting, and dizziness that lasted for two days. I can’t say for sure what went wrong, but this was a really bad experience and concerning. I hope the store looks into their food quality and handling because no one should feel like this after eating. Definitely disappointed.

Today i went and i found hair in my rice, and not only they noticed it when i complained , they acted like is not a big deal. I told the staff they need to use hairnet and instead of apologizing to me, she said they use it and i told her listen even if you use it you need to cover hairs completely because you have this fan throwing air towards the food and thats a cross contamina
