Went to Smoke & Mirrors on a Sunday for brunch and had a great experience. The food was really good, the atmosphere was nice and relaxing, and the service was amazing from start to finish. They also had a live DJ who was playing great music and really added to the vibe. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in Astoria!

Went this morning purchased a strawberry latte which was good, a blueberry tart which I asked to be warmed up and it was not warm . I also purchased a cinnamon roll. The atmosphere is 10 out of 10. Ambiance and background tunes are a calm vibe. Before leaving I purchased a coconut water the male server/ cashier felt the need to check my twenty for authenticity 🤔 out of a line of cash paying customers, who were not black whose money was not checked for authenticity! Duly noted !

Great service. Friendly staff. Delicious bread and amazing food. Definitely top quality. Was here for my friends baby first birthday. The weather worked out really well and we end up being in the backyard. The food is so much and great energy from the staff. They offer drinks and almost can’t walk out of here straight with the food. I love the pizza. I think the burger can use some improvement but it okie. Their brunch menus is impressive thou. French toast is on the spot.

We had a fantastic dinner at Bar Bête. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. My personal favorites were the chicken liver parfait and the caramelized duck breast, both were outstanding. The service was also excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

Love this spot. A staple of the local neighborhood. The entrees were perfect and nicely seasoned. Hummus was delicious. Shish kabob, skirt steak, baby chicken were all very juicy. Shnitzel super crunchy. Intimate atmosphere and excellent service.

We’ve tried all of the local Peruvian chicken and Maspeth and today we tried Andrea‘s chicken! Winner! Fresh, delicious, service was impeccable! We will be going back! Went to Cap't Loui - Cajun Seafood Boil restaurant in New York for a seafood feast. Ordered the 4 lbs seafood boil combo packed with bold flavors. Everything was fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Also tried the lobster roll with crispy fries on the side. Finished with oysters that were clean and delicious. Ended with their yummy desserts. A satisfying seafood experience worth every bite.

This meal was absolutely delicious. The pork chops were juicy and well-seasoned, the rice was flavorful the beans were creamy and rich. The guacamole and pico added a fresh touch that brought everything together perfectly. Overall, a really satisfying and tasty plate. I’d definitely have it again. 😁👌🏼

I used to enjoy going here, but the quality seems to have dipped. Not only did I get a paltry amount of yogurt for the amount of money I spent (9.25 for a small with 2 sparse toppings), the fruit options were either out or in poor shape. It just isn't worth it to return.

Cool and trendy, Cha Cha Matcha tries hard to make matcha a hip alternative to the ubiquitous coffee houses. The iced purple matcha latte has ube and lavender in it, but at $10.89, it’s premium-priced for a drink with a lot of ice.

Tried Rome to Brooklyn and ordered a Grandma, Cheese, a Meat Lovers, plus 4 garlic knots. Overall, really good pizza. The cheese and meat lovers were 🔥 flavorful, satisfying, and exactly what you want when you’re in the mood for solid NYC pizza. The garlic knots were also a win. The Grandma slice, though? I couldn't choose between which pastries so I ended up getting about 10 of them. All of the pastries were so good. I tried a walnut bread that was covered in powder sugar and inside had a sweet cream, I also had a sweet bread with a cream inside, a croissant with a cream inside and strawberries, a pastry that had nutella inside of it, a lemon donut (I forgot the name of it) it had a flaky crunchy texture, a long donut, and a few other things. Great work/study cafe with wide tables and spacious interior. Their wraps are good and you get 50% off on drinks if you order a food item between 11-3pm I think. There’s only one table that has an outlet so make sure your laptop is fully charged!

Horrible customer service. I went there June 10th around 1 pm. 2 ladies where at the front desk. Both were very rude. The counter was completely disgusting and dirty. My appetite went away .

Elegante in my opinion is the best pizzeria in bay ridge. I ordered the meatball roll which they pepperoni is also hallah and they care about the community. The meatball roll was made fresh none of there food just sits out at all. They make it fresh on spot to your liking. The pizza is fluffy but crispy on the bottom at the same time. Amazing pizzeria in bay ridge it’s a landmark.

Excellent local spot in Cobble Hill, we did a great lunch for Valentine’s Day here for their private event, couldn’t have been better. Pepperoni pizza with Arancino and champagne. Fantastic service, couldn’t recommend more.

Best pizza I tried in NYC hands down!!! They had amazing vegan options and great customer service. The vegan cleo pizza is the BEST!! Sadly I don't live in NYC, but if I did I would be visiting this place all the time. Girasol is a great place if you are looking for bread, food and drinks. When I say drinks is your topical aguas frescas, can sodas, coffee etc. I have it 4 stars for the food because sometimes is a hit or miss depending on who is cooking it. But it isn’t bad it’s always tasty. I love getting my ice coffee from here because they offer almond and oat milk. And my lactose intolerant stomach appreciates it so much! I come to this store pretty often cause it comes in way to college, and it never disappoints. The coffee is always fresh, and I usually get donuts, bagels, or a sandwich, everything tastes good and is made right. The staff is super friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. The place is clean, and the vibe is nice for a quick stop or to sit and enjoy your coffee. Definitely one of my go-to breakfast spots. Would 100% recommend this location! 💯💯💯

CHEAP EATS 🤠 A shabby joint that serves up decent dumplings for a fraction of the normal price. The reviews weren’t bad so I gave it a try. I passed by many times without a thought. The veggie fried dumplings were okay. So were the beef pancakes, I ate 2. The chives pancake was undercooked and the dough was still a bit raw. Best vegan soft serve I've ever had in my life. I was so skeptical because im a die hard dairy snob and usually dislike non dairy alternatives. It was so hot and i needed a treat so figured id try it after seeing all pristine 5 star review. Blow up the seafood quality of this restaurant! The serving size for four people is tightly controlled, the scallops and steamed eggs are tender enough to slide down the throat, and the sea bass is fully cooked. Whether it's crispy or boiled, they are so fresh that your tongue trembles! Not only is the food good, but the staff in the store also have a great service attitude and treat every customer like a family. I will come back to this store again next time!

Beautiful local spot to sunset park with many drinking options and just a home like environment. It definitely has a good selection of drinks and the staff member was super friendly. This place used to be at Lawrence St but now they're at Willoughby. They move in January 2023. The place is bigger but still needs some work. It feels like a space in a way. Compare to their previous location they don't even put the posters of their new drinks inside which makes it kind of difficult to even know what's new. The people there are very nice.
