I absolutely love taking my wife to this ice cream shop when she behaves. The staff here are remarkable, they dont rush with your order and make it with care. The best part about this location is that they offer multiple weekday specials unlike other carvel stores that only offer just the Wednesday buy 1 sundae get one Free special. Highly recommend!

Great place for a quick bite to eat while staying at the hotel! After checking in, we came straight here for a late lunch. Food was good—got the Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken and the Slow-Cooked King Salmon. The salmon dish was surprisingly well flavored, quite delicious! For cocktails, I enjoyed the Grinchtini, a seasonal holiday drink. The restaurant is right by the concierge—nice ambiance and decor too!

Staff is amazingly friendly. The woman making the juices was super nice and attentive and the lady who made the avocado toast was so sweet when she served it. Got the glowing skin and heart health was delicious!

I had placed order on slice and it was a bad order as this can happens sometimes. I showed up next day and complained as i am allergic to ketchup and my order was covered in it.. however without any argument or disrespect some establishments show you they recooked my meal fresh for free No complaints. Usually places like this dont reall have good customer service but this place suprised me . I appreciate them making it easy to be satisfied. I will be making future orders on slice .

Terrible service. Three people working behind the counter, two of them having an in-depth conversation with each other in front of the coffee machine and ignoring everyone and everything around them while I struggled with the stupid self-serve screen. Meanwhile one VERY slow staff person is doing everything, VERY slowly, and giving zero Fs. Coffee was fine. These are the workers who will be replaced by robots in a few years.

I asked for a lamb gyro platter including a can soda and some fries, guy wanted to charge me 16.33 when that lamb gyro platter costs 11$. I said no thank you and hung up. It will be better if you go there to pick up! I don't really recommend this place. They too pricey!

Small coffee shop with a small table outside. They had a lot on the menu. Friendly staff. I ordered a large coffee with French vanilla creamer, a sausage, egg & cheese on a brioche bun and a bacon and egg on a bagel. Coffee was good, and the sausage egg and cheese was delicious but there was one side of the egg that was heavily seasoned but the egg on the bacon & Egg didn't have too much seasoning. Definitely an easy stop in and they had some pastries as well. Would come back!

I was greatly helped at this bank branch to quickly obtain the necessary statement when I was extremely pressed for time. I was greeted by very polite staff, offered a seat, and quickly found a representative. He prepared the documents for me and explained the intricacies of using the app. I am very grateful to Matthew Geller for his assistance, clarifications, and ease of communication. This was essential for me, as I am a foreigner and not very knowledgeable about banking.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered from Potbelly’s and received a sandwich with NOTHING on it — no toppings, no veggies, no condiments. Just plain bread and meat. That is not what I ordered and not what I paid for. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the cookie I ordered was completely missing from the bag. This is not a small mistake — this is a failure on every level. Zero quality control, zero care for the customer. I will not be ordering from Potbelly’s again, in person or online. Do better.

Customer service is excellent 👌, the employee let me tried ackee & saltfish and other breakfast. I end buy all breakfast on the Steamtable it was so good; I didn't know what to choose. I went back the next day for lunch special. Omg line was long but it was worth the wait but the employees move really fast. In 5 mins I was next. My lunch special was rice & peas & boneless jerk chicken. I will definitely coming back every day for breakfast lunch and dinner.

We had a long day walking around and were going to see a movie at Spectacle round the corner but had a couple of hours to kill. We headed here as it was just round the corner from the cinema, and had the time of our lives. Spencer behind the bar is so welcoming, and has so many cool stories about music, sports, everything - everyone at the bar was friendly !
