Ramen DANBO in West Village is a small ramen shop that focuses on customizable bowls and a more traditional ramen experience. The space is compact with a cozy setup that fits the neighborhood, though seating can feel a little tight during busy times. The smaller dining area gives it a lively atmosphere, and it feels like the kind of place where you come in for a warm bowl of ramen rather than spend a long time lingering. The biggest highlight here is how much control you have over your ramen. Y

Cocktails, beer & DJs are the draw at this casual, narrow, art-filled space with mezzanine lounge.
Reserved the upstairs mezzanine space for my wife’s birthday and it was perfect! Free to rent just had to hit a spending minimum. Very doable to do with 30-40 of us. Got to bring our own DJ. And the private bartender Moses was great. Highly recommend!

Renowned cafe & bakery preparing choice baked goods & prepared foods in a comfy spot.
It’s kinda iykyk, but Choice Market has a sit down restaurant that serves a delicious brunch. We went on a snowy Saturday afternoon and were immediately seated. We ordered a mocha, the chorizo breakfast burrito, a burger, and garlic fries (the fries are a must order). Portions were pretty big and we took some food to go. A great spot if you want to go to a chill, vibey place, with good food in the neighborhood.

All I can say is everything here is delicious!! Being fairly new to the gluten free diet and being able to enjoy all of my favorites especially while visiting from out of town was so satisfying and enjoyable! I was in town from Chicago and will definitely make this a must visit every time. Drinks were phenomenal as well, had the jalepeño margarita and it was so refreshing! The staff and owners are so nice and are very intentional about their menu and experience. Couldn’t recommend this place eno

Established, family-run restaurant specializing in grilled steaks & traditional Colombian plates.
My second time trying this place, food portions are big, we ordered; one appetizer and one entry, it was enough for two. About $80 to $100 per person. Steak tastes fresh though ordered temperature both times was not accurate. I prefere medium well but we got a medium rare, however I am not picky, it still was delicious, maybe a tad more seasoning would hit the spot. SERVICE: Ok FOOD: A solid 4 stars, Tastes fresh, shrimps where cooked PERFECTLY, I am not a big fan of tostones (flied plantain fla

Popular haunt serving congee & authentic Cantonese noodle dishes in a simple restaurant.
We have been to Shun Won many times, and this time we bought a whole roast duck and a whole scallion oil chicken. Both were delicious as usual, and the quality has been very consistent. The roast duck has great flavor, and the meat is not dry. The scallion oil chicken looks a little different from other places because the color is more yellow, but that is just the appearance — it still tasted very good and the meat was tender. There is usually a line every time we come, but the wait is not too

Comfy neighborhood outpost offering homestyle Latin American staples & late hours.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and was really impressed! Their food menu is huge and offers great variety. The space is clean, fresh-looking, and has plenty of tables to accommodate guests comfortably. I ordered the mixed plate with tostones, shrimp, chicken, and steak — and it was absolutely delicious! I bought it for two people, but the portion was generous enough for three. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I’d definitely recommend this place, especially for anyone pl

The entrance was cosy and charming, but I loved it even more when we went upstairs. Although it wasn't very private, it still had its charm! The wine selection was fantastic, and the sommelier was incredibly helpful—though I can’t remember his name. If you enjoy stories like I do, you’re in for a treat! Our appetizer was delicious, but unfortunately, my partner's steak was overcooked. He ordered it medium rare, and the waiter suggested medium, but it came out nearly well done. My partner could

Fantastic coffee! A refreshing change from standard blends that we get in the neighborhood. Their Sanani coffee is fantastic if you like cardamom. Yes, it is expensive - $7.90 for a medium cup, but totally worth it. You can sip it the entire day or share! Plenty of seating, background music, and friendly staff.

I wished I'd remembered the employees name that helped me ( she'sin the green hat in the photo). She really listened and helped me find something to enjoy from their menu. Although my choices became limited, I was able to get extra avocado 🥑 in place of the items I had to swap out. I ordered the protein bowl. I definitely would have like more black beans. 🍽 The wait wasn't long. The ambiance was cozy, clean, and chickpeas. I enjoyed the setup and the fresh air. I would definitely recommend

A special shoutout to the young man with the glasses — I believe his name is Omar! He handles taking and preparing orders, yet he always has a cheerful smile and does an excellent job. I truly appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude. The food is amazing as well! 👏 There is only one problem with your restaurant: I think I’m becoming addicted to it! ❤️

Small, pink shop for ice cream scoops also doubling as a dimly lit speakeasy with cocktails.
I would rate 5 Stars for the Speakeasy setup and the look and feel of the place. But once you take away the Speakeasy concept and the Decor, it's an average Cocktail Lounge at best. Music they were playing was too techno and trendy which didn't match the ambience. Drinks were watered down but they did look cute. Overall this place and the drinks they serve are great for Instagram Reels but if that's not what you are looking for then prepared to be disappointed.

Relaxed Korean restaurant serving sushi & sashimi made with fresh imported seafood.
This is very personal review. Im crazy of sashimi. It is very impossible to find raw live fish in other states. But, Only N.Y and L.A. does have this because they have so enough sashimi restaurants with high demand that they could import raw fishes with acceptable Transportation costs from korea by airplanes. This is economies of scale. Anyway, Sashimi was excellent for me. Service and Atmosphere doesn't matter to me. I was so happy to enjoy live fish. I recommend you to visit if you like to liv

Informal Japanese eatery offering sushi & bento boxes, plus lunch specials & party trays.
From the moment you step into Bayridge Sushi, it feels like the kind of neighborhood restaurant that knows exactly what it wants to be. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a steady hum of regulars and staff who clearly care about what they’re serving. It’s comfortable without being boring, casual without feeling careless. The menu strikes an excellent balance between variety and focus. Whether you’re in the mood for classic rolls, sashimi, or more creative specialty options, there’s p

Modest Japanese eatery with a wide selection of sushi & cooked items & a popular lunch special.
The service was great and the food was some of the best Japanese I've ever had! And best of all, you get great portions and the prices are cheap compared to what you'd normally expect to pay at a NY restaurant. 10/10 I would eat here everyday if I lived in the neighborhood.

Rustic-chic bar offering elevated burgers & sandwiches, plus whiskey flights & rotating craft beers.
Long life to this bar, its attentive staff and the amazing variety of beers they have on tap. My kingdom for their Wrench IPA, specially when it’s happy hour time ($5 for a big glass, on a Wednesday between 4pm and 7pm). The food looked very good too, although I did not try it.

So happy this mala place opened up near my apartment. It’s very cozy and there’s somehow always a table open for me to sit and enjoy my soup! I come here probably once a week with my friend Mere because it’s one of the few delicious yet nutritious dinner spots I’ve found. I could eat it everyday and not get tired!!! Veggies are always fresh and there’s a huge variety of meats as well. CANT RAVE ENOUGH ABOUT THIS SPOT 🫶

One of the best restaurants, you absolutely have to visit! The food is truly outstanding, everything from the presentation to the flavor is on the highest level. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared and beautifully served. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially want to mention Amy, she is so sweet, attentive, and professional. Her service is truly top-notch and made our experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to sincerely thank the owner. Such a kind and warm-heart

I had a hankering for pizza one evening in Bushwick and this place popped up, and let me tell you this place does pizza right, large slices, great crust, amazing toppings. No frill or fancy slices like you see all over social media nowadays, just simple good pizza. Great neighborhood joint that I will be returning to at some point.

Stylish, informal spot serving Korean noodles, dumplings & other small plates, plus beer & soju.
Love this place I heard about it awhile ago on some food vblogs and the head chef knows how to create a tasty menu. We had the beef buns and fried chicken in sweet sauce and the yuzu lemonade 🍋. Everything was great. Only negative if u wanna call it that is it's bar style u don't get full restaurant feel. But that's only if you have a party. But been back several times.

Absolutely epic especially during the most affordable happy hour I've personally been to in the city. Great alcohol forward drinks, decent house wine and the cod tots were awesome. Top that with a cool vibe and great service and I'm happy to come back.

Italian restaurant in the Kimberly Hotel serving classic fare including many gluten-free options.
As a celiac this place is a must, to be able to have ANYTHING of the menu with the knowledge its prepped completely GF is outstanding. The food is to die for, truly authentic Italian & delicious. The short rib ravioli was tasty & the arancini amazing. Not enough room for desert so will have to come back. Service was great and waiter very knowledgeable. Thank you 😋
