Charlie's Bar + Kitchen is a beautiful restaurant with a western menu. They offer an array of handcrafted cocktails in a rustic yet contemporary setting with eclectic art pieces. We hosted our son’s first birthday in the Riverside and common’s rooms and had a great experience overall. Great value for the space and food/drinks. The bartender was friendly and attentive and the staff was very kind and helpful in making sure the setup was what we needed. Highly recommend!

Workers here are nice and helpful. The location is good, but inside the restaurant is so hot, need better AC or ventilation system. Delicious and fresh burgers. But, fries were softer than it should be. Maybe, double fry could be better. Milkshakes were great too. Faster than most of the fast food chains, and even delicious and bigger portions. Having to ask for other sauces are little loss of time, it could be great to have a sauce stand rather than asking for different sauces.

The Capital Grille was definitely a great experience for my birthday dinner with my man. We got oysters, calamari, and Cesar salad for appetizers. For our entrees, he had the Scallops Risotto, and I had steak. For our sides, we went with the cream spinach. Everything was cooked well and delicious. Manager at this location always taking out order detail receipt to prevent customer leave a survey. This problem is ongoing and I contacted corporate and they responded there is no such a policy like that. Looks like manager use customer order receipt to put false survey to bring up their review. Came here on a Saturday evening to watch a band (Good News!). Metal detector to get in, ticket process easy, and they let me bring my camera in (tho they told me no taking video with the pro camera...only iphone). Very cool sports bar with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There’s plenty of seating both inside and on the spacious outdoor patio, and lots of TVs, making it a perfect place to watch live sports. The food is delicious, especially the risotto truffle balls. They also have a great selection of beers. It’s family-friendly, so you can comfortably come with kids. I highly recommend this place for watching sporting events with friends or family!

I ate here twice on our visit since it was closest to the hotel. Both nights were really crowded, but the food came out quickly. Everyone was in their own little world, so I never struck up a conversation with anyone other than the bartender. He was cool. Maybe that's a NYC thing? The triple decker sandwiches are honestly simple but really good. Portions are pretty generous and there is such a vast menu to choose from. Overall my family and I had a great meal and really enjoyed the kind attentive servers and the great atmosphere inside. It has a bit of a traditional retro city diner feel to it. Would come again! I had an amazing experience and was there for one of their live jazz shows! It was an absolutely incredible time being so close to the band and performers! The volume was perfect 👌. Tons of tables and seats at and around the bar in this very spacious venue. I will be back there when they have another jazz concert which I think is on every other Wednesday. Oh and the drinks are strong 💪

I absolutely loved the jazz, and the seating arrangement is ideal. From nearly anywhere in the room, you get great sightlines and excellent sound, which makes for an immersive, comfortable listening experience. The non alcoholic beverage options were a little limited, but everything else more than makes up for it. I still highly recommend this place.

I ordered pickup for dinner. My son and I walked over from our hotel and picked it up about 3:30pm. I knew that they closed at 4, but when we got walked in we were approached by some guy telling us that they were already closed. I told him I ordered online.
