I was visiting NYC and staying at a nearby hostel, and I stopped into this McDonald’s several times for breakfast. Although there are four self‑serve kiosks, only one was working during each of my visits. Seating inside is very limited, and the restaurant was quite messy — the floors were sticky and the dining area didn’t seem well maintained. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The place was clean tables cleaned IMMEDIATELY after each person. Their table service experience was first class felt like upscale dining. The food was hot you could taste it was just made just for you. The server Nicole greeted you at the door she was friendly, attentive & sincere. She came back to our table to check if we needed anything twice. The workers seemed happy to serve which was refreshing I will DEFINITELY be making this my McDonald's.

Wow, what a burger definitely ignored my diet for this one. Got mine with avocado Swiss bacon lettuce and Tomato with mayo. Even the fries were awesome, hand cut like they should be and crisp. Anytime in town i always make it a point to pop for the vibes. Reminds me of a place my grandfather used to take me to when I was kid. Who knows it could have been here! The staff don't seem very attentive but what ruined the visit was the guy cleaning. He was disorganized and downright rude and hostile. He was sweeping everywhere and then getting mad and making passive aggressive comments when people didn't move where he wanted them to which he never indicated where to move to. The attitude was not needed at all!

I am in NYC several times a year. This is my absolute favorite place to go. The staff, from owner to cook, are friendly and welcoming. I live in NC and, while there for my birthday in January, they brought me a slice of cake and had the entire bar sing happy birthday to me. Paul is the absolute best bartender of all time. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Plus, they have excellent food. Thank you to the Broome Street family for welcoming me and always making me feel like a local.

This Location is very busy throughout the day. Computer always had issues with rewards or taking credit cards. If you went to the drive through orders were messed up. After getting better managers they definitely have gotten better with cleanliness and orders. Staff or more respectable. Avoid during after school since kids may hang out there. Get the Shroom burger! First time trying Shake Shack and had very realistic expectations for a fast food place, but oh my goodness - genuinely loved the Shroom burger!! Had a great night at 44 & X meeting up with friends. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and perfect for catching up. Solid dive bar with good music, friendly bartenders and many specials. This bar belongs to the same owner of Down The Hatch, Off the Wagon and a few other bars in the region. During the week all drinks are half price until 7pm. After 7pm they offer different specials. This is one of my favorite bars in the West Village area along with Down the Hatch. Order for delivery was good fries cold, I dont live far from there so the food shouldn't be cold. 2nd time here and I did a delivery once again used the app and they never put sauce in my bag and I asked for 2 sweet and sour sauce and got nothing with my 10 piece nuggets. The atrium was a great spot for dinner. The nachos were SO good! I wasn't expecting all those toppings in each layer. The craft beer was delicious. I went for happy hour and was pleased with everything.

I ordered an Iced coffee here, and it was handed to me by a woman who smiled. After a few sips, I sucked up a larger-than-normal piece of paper through my straw that looked like it was from a napkin or receipt. I threw the coffee unfinished in the trash, and it looked almost full. I will not go to that location ever again.
