We randomly stopped in during a trip to Brooklyn. Did not read any reviews prior. I thought it was tasty. I probably woul give it more of a 4.5. We had quick service and our server was nice. I had a tasty burger (forgot to take a pic before I started eating) and the fries were good. My sister ordered the French toast and she said that was really good. Pepsi products (ewww)- that alone should actually deduct a whole point. We did not order cocktails. I would go back.

The food was delicious! The pancakes taste good, they were the perfect size to eat, especially with butter and syrup. The eggs were nice and runny, great combo with the ham underneath the eggs. The sausage was ok, it taste better with ketchup. Didn't like the toast.

Little expensive, but delicious sugary goodness. Tiny fried donuts with toppings and choice of sugar. Quick service, helpful staff, and good ambiance, thanks to Chelsea market! We got the 25 donuts box with an option to pick 5 flavors. Chai me to the moon and their classic donut toppings is something you cannot go wrong with.

I loved the vibe at this place. I went for the 1st time to celebrate 5 de Mayo. People were friendly, service was good, and the food was fairly good. There was a food special of tacos and drinks for the day. Its a mix crowd of people. They had a DJ and music was also mixed. Everyone was friendly from the bartender, to the servers to the people sitting next to us. I would definitely return soon.

Great story to tell, it sounds funny but is real. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed every bit of it, I ordered toston soup with ribs and rice with salad. When the food was delivered to the table I was disappointed that I did not found the ribs, so I asked the waiter and she said it is inside the soup. In the second photo you can see the amount of meat I got. Very disappointed about that.

Jack’s bar was our spot to go to after work, working in the service industry as well. We loved all the staff working the night shifts, but yesterday was just bizarre. Had a great time at Steiny’s Pub in Staten Island! The atmosphere was lively, the drinks were spot on, and the whole place had a really welcoming vibe. Big shoutout to Lorii—she was amazing from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and made sure we were looked after all afternoon. It’s always the staff that make a place stand out, and she definitely did that. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!

The highlight of the meal was the appetizers- the lamb tartar was really good but it was extremely greasy and did not have enough to cut on the oil and grease. I ordered a Rum & Coke and a Cuban iced tea. The Cuban iced tea just tasted like vodka and water. I usually love a rum and coke, but the proportions or something must have been off because I was not a fan. Seems like people come here for the vibe, not the drinks… The total came to $26, which felt expensive given how the drinks tasted. Maybe ask about what their specialty drinks are and stick to those??

Genuinely one of the best bar experiences I’ve ever had. Patrick is incredible! He is extremely knowledgeable and can help you find an enjoyable whiskey, no matter your experience or knowledge. I throughly enjoyed my evening chatting with him and learning more about different Irish and Scottish whiskeys. Can’t wait to go back and learn more and try more delicious whiskeys!

It gets the job done. Definitely a relatively healthy fast food spot. They have protein options and a nice selection of veggies. It is quick, easy, and affordable. Overall, good bagels/brunch spot. This is firstly a shop to buy fish. Their sliced Nova was incredible, and easily the best I’ve had in New York on a bagel. Thinly sliced and extremely fresh. Bagel was on the better end, chewy, though have had better bagels and spread elsewhere. I also was not a fan of $1 to add one of lettuce/onion/tomato, so $3 for all, though the price was otherwise roughly on market for what I got if not higher value. This bar/rooftop has an incredible view of the city from the Freedom Tower to most of lower Manhattan. The 18th floor lounge has floor to ceiling views while the rooftop is an amazing sunset viewing location! I celebrated a birthday here last week with ~30-40 people and it was a perfect fit on the rooftop. They provide catering options as well for private events.

its funny how every bad dive bar review is someone saying they didnt tip and than got called out by the bartender. tip your bartenders and i promise you your bar experience will be amazing. its pretty basic. bartenders work for tips and when you dont youre wasting space for customers who will spend money and know how to drink
