Depending on who’s working you’ll have a different experience every time every time I come here it’s some bullshit. Last time I can’t hear Brooks this time they said they can’t put two thighs in a box even though they had about 70 of them up there on the rack is drying out. Stay away from this place at all costs.

I didn’t love that the workers were eating right at the front where you place your order as soon as you walk in, but overall the experience was enjoyable. The corn dog was really good, however the rice cake, seaweed, and dumpling combo didn’t quite meet my expectations for the price. Aside from that, I enjoyed the food, would still recommend trying it, and the aesthetic of the place was beautiful.

I don’t think it’s that hard to follow instructions. I had ordered a chick fil a meal and I had told them that I don’t want no lettuce in my sandwich. Guess what? They still put lettuce in my sandwich. The last time I had asked for pepper jack cheese and I received American cheese. I think it shouldn’t be that hard to get the customer’s order right.

This is my 4 time calling ahead of time making my order to be picked up and when I get here it’s never ready or either the person who took the order just left or finish their shift also the prices is always different. This is a hidden gem. What they do, they do really good! The chicken is flavorful and crispy. The rice is done to perfection and you can’t beat the price point!!! While the food tasted great crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat the pickup experience could’ve been smoother. I still had to wait in line behind a couple of in-store customers before receiving my mobile order, which took a little longer than expected.
