The restaurant is very clean with very nice decor. Staff was very professional, respectful and welcoming. Apparently you can’t get a cup of water without a purchase anymore. Policy has been updated about 4 - 5 months ago as per the barista in a black apron. Talk about being honest and saying “I worked overnight and just want water. I’m going to sleep later. I don’t need to eat or drink anything “. My first time going to Blank Street was amazing! Me and my family all got matcha’s, I got a Blondie Iced Matcha and it was delicious. One of the important things about a good cafe is being able to get served and get a seat. Sweetleaf is not just big on the inside, it's big on quality. I had the daydream latte, and my daughter had the daydream matcha. I’m not a matcha person, but the daydream matcha was soooo delicious and way better than the latte. The staff was friendly and patient. The place looked clean. It’s very small, so there is not a lot of room and gets cramped very fast. There are no seats here to sit, it’s just a small grab and go location. I will go back to try the other flavored matchas!
