Everything was great except the lyrical profanity heard in rap music that was playing over the speakers. That was not appreciated by us as Christian Jehovah's Witnesses, and caused a bit of embarrassment. But the young staff was polite enough to accommodate our request to change the genre. Cafe spaces with solid food options, great coffee, and amicable remote work space is very hard to come by. If you're in the Inwood, Washington Heights area than drop by Cafe Bloom. Great spot for remote work, Sunday Brunch or laid-back chill vibes. Nice coffee shop near Columbia U and Morningside Park. Good place to hang out, there are enough seats and the patrons are generally quiet. I was alone and didn’t try the coffee, so I can’t opine on that. But the tea was good and so was the pain au chocolate. Barista was very nice and helpful. You could eat a lot more here; they have much food too.

I’ve been to almost every coffee shop in the neighborhood and this is one of my favorites. They have the best baked sweet treats (which are vegan but truly don’t taste like it at all). Their bowls and sandwiches are also excellent. The coffee is decent. But the prices are unbeatable.

I came here twice during my recent short visit to New York and really enjoyed my drinks. I got the iced black sesame latte which was nicely flavored, and their seasonal pistachio orange halva latte. I had asked for the halva latte to be iced but received it hot. The employee kindly offered to remake it but I just took it as is and still thought it was very tasty. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area again!

Great coffee spot (anytime of day) for breakfast! Walked in and was greeted by a friendly barista which get warm and genuine on the cold winter morning. The store was clean and had a nice atmosphere. On a cold rainy day I had an event to attend but definitely in need of some coffee. So after getting of from the train I was looking down from the train station to see if there was any coffee place . And this one catches my eyes! When I get inside the whole place was empty, I figured it's the weather! Loved the decor , very clean, customer service is on point! I saw the sign it stated best croissant in town so you know me, gotta try that ! I don't live in that area , let alone in that borough.

I go to Starbucks all over the country and this is by far the best staffed. The baristas are all so professional and carry out they job with such confidence and respect to themselves, each other and the customer. Come back in twenty years and see how far this crew can go. I came into this location asking politely for water cup just like any starbucks location they would give it from what i know and they denied it for my daughter. supposedly its been a policy for so long since when? Cute little cafe on the upper east side. Delicious croissant and I also had a cafe au lait on a cold day. The barista was kind and patient with all customers he served! Ambience was quant with French posters around and some small tables on the right of the counter.
