Friendly experience but went to order an Americano (espresso, water) and it was going to be $6.50. Ridiculous. As if I’m an idiot. So, I ordered a double espresso for $4, asked for it over ice and added some of the free water they provided for customers. When will shops realize that an americano shouldn’t be more than a double espresso? Especially when using the same cups…

We came here because it is a famous boba shop in Taiwan. BUT we are so disappointed. The sago is not fresh, it tastes like frozen for a while before sell it. Please don’t buy Mango Pomelo Sago, you can get much better quality at nearby stores. The yellow jelly doesn’t taste like what it should be. Not recommended to order it. I have this app called Karrot that sometimes have these little opportunities to win stuff so recently I won a Starbucks $5 00 gift card and that is the reason I went into Starbucks as am not a fan of paying anything above $2.00 for coffee it unless am at the airport and there are no less expensive places. that sell coffee . I am gonna support this place because I believe it has potential. They offer good coffee and my espresso was smooth and made on point. For being in a busy area, the location is not crowded and for me this is a plus. Also, the atmosphere is good with plenty of space to sit and also to get some work done. Baristas were gentle and patient. They did a good job and were nice with us all the time. Also, the decoration is interesting and the explanation of the mission they have is pretty funny to read.

I went in this Starbucks near my school a couple of times during winter time and recently. Service doesnt disappoint and guess what... NO LINES! Just like how it should be... quick service and basically less than a minute to wait. My order is never messed up and never was. Ordered a hot chocolate and usually the cups are larger than Dunkin. A big pro i like about this. More hot chocolate the better, eh. Enjoyable. Recommend for multiple visits if on a empty stomach.

Absolutely amazing. The barista/ owner woman is so sweet. She read my friend's mind and asked him if he wanted Baileys in his cappuccino when he did and hadn't said anything about it. We stopped at this Starbucks on York at 71st after a doctor appointment at HSS around the corner. It is very spacious and still cozy. Lots of comfortable seating but we still had to wait as it was busy. Got a cappuccino and a double chocolate brownie. Both were really good. Nice big windows on the streets so very bright. Beware that their matcha milk tea is inherently sweetened even if you request no sugar- sickening sweet with a lingering cloying aftertaste even, so you can imagine how much sugar is in there for a supposedly “unsweetened” drink. We’ve been loyal House of Wonder members since they opened and we feel so lucky to have them as neighbors. Our kids have literally grown up here and feel so comfortable playing as soon as they walk in. It’s a calm, thoughtfully designed space and the staff and owners have always been receptive to feedback and addressing any concerns people have. They’re always adding events, improving the space and menu. I hope more House of Wonders open so more people can experience a space like this.

A great place to get customized cakes! They’re so responsive and friendly. You have multiple options for the flavors. Keep in mind that they will need a week’s advanced notice and picture reference. Very disappointed! Just spent over $50 with them ( always brought form them at least 3-4 times a month ) I was just asking for an empty cup for my one year old who wanted water. And They rejected the simple ask. For this type of service, I will never come back to them again. A 200$ loss in business for them over a cup, is it worth it ?

I ask for a large peach tea with 70% sugar grade and mango pearl I got a bitter drink with literally a small scoop of mango pearls. I then asked if they could add a little bit because there was a ridiculously small amount of it and they were so rude to me and they refused to change. It was so expensive for a disgusting drink.
