If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still open. There were two employees, but only one was actually working. The other clearly looked like it was his first day completely lost and unable to do even basic tasks. Meanwhile, pickup and delivery orders were piling up and being completely ignored, while the line stretched out the door. I stopped by around 11:00 or 11:15 at night on Thursday, June 11th. The Black guy working there was alone, occupied with his phone—on a video call and watching videos. I was there to pick up food and watched him make it; it’s incredible that for a turkey sandwich, he only put on three tiny slices. It’s a real shame they have employees like that without the owner seeing the kind of staff working in their shop. Go somewhere else to buy food—you’ll thank me for it.

Nice healthy, organic neighborhood joint. It's a small and cozy interior, with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the salmon panini and it was hands-down the best salmon sandwich I've ever had. It has baby spinach and onions in it as well. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, I have no complaints. The price is also very fair for the portion sizes offered. Highly recommend!

Wraps were good, on the inside. They advertise that they have gluten free options, but the day we visited they swapped my wrap with my wifes Gluten-free rice wrap. She got very sick. She did say her wrap was amazing and mine (the GF one, was a bit chewy). If we paid better attention while they were making him we could have stopped the issue.

Great spot for a good sandwich. Service is always top notch as the workers are always welcoming. The sandwiches are always delicious and it never disappoints. I enjoy the Italian sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. It gets busy especially during lunchtime but the workers do their absolute best to get orders out. The store is always clean and up to expectations.

I came to Manna Hot Bagel to grab a small soup and a tuna hero. After I handed over my card to pay, I asked why the total was $21 — $6 for a small soup and $14 for a tuna sandwich. I mentioned that anywhere else it’s usually $10 or less for the same thing. The guy behind the counter refused to acknowledge me. I had to ask him three times if he was even going to answer my question. All he said was, “The receipt is right there,” and then walked off. No explanation, no customer service — nothing.

I had a Bacon egg on a roll and a coffee . The sandwich was amazing and the coffee was Awesome! It’s a must try spot . And all the hot food and salads and cold cuts looked like it was right out of a gourmet food magazine!

We stopped in for a snack on Saturday evening. There weren't many people inside and we were our place to land without any problems. We ordered it through a mobile kiosk at the entrance. It was easy and convenient to do it. We were happy with the food, I won’t say that these are the best burgers I have eaten, but it’s definitely above average, the price is also reasonable. Service is very fast.

A nice subway from what I saw. Was serviced promptly. A little stingy with the toppings though, but all the Subways I've gone to seem to do the same thing. More toppings were added upon request. Overall not bad. They had my veggie burger in stock so that was a win for me.

Olive’s is such a gem of a cafe. Coffee is always on point, the sandwiches are just what the doctor ordered, and the cookies hit the spot every time. And they have excellent service despite a rushed crowd every moment of the day. 10/10 love this place.

I stopped by Pret and ordered a cappuccino paired with a chocolate croissant. The cappuccino was smooth with a decent froth, and the croissant had a flaky texture with a fair amount of chocolate inside. It brought back memories of London’s coffee shops, which I always enjoy. As a coffee enthusiast who’s been a Pret regular for years, I found it to be a reliable pick. The seating was comfortable for a quick break. It’s a decent option for a familiar coffee fix.

I visit this place often because I’m on their beverage subscription. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciate. However, the quality of the drinks has been inconsistent. Great little hidden gem that seems almost private and exclusive. The food is great, the staff were really nice and there was ample seating. “MIKE’s” deli reminds me of the same kind of deli growing up in the LES. The owner, Pops and his staff are like FAMILY. Prices are great and even better the foods amazing. I always have a great experience at Maman in Moynihan Train Hall on 34th Street. The staff is always fast, courteous, and welcoming, even during busy times. Service is consistently quick, which is so appreciated when you’re on the go, and they always make the experience pleasant. The drinks and food are always fresh and beautifully made. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the station!

My friend and I visited Carrot Express yesterday and we were pleasantly impressed. The dishes were delicious, we enjoyed every single bite. We got the carrot juice and later some tea and coffee. The place was spotless and the servers quite attentive. 👌 Even amongst themselves you can see how they got along and worked as teammates. Nice coffee shop/ bagel shop. Bagels look good though but my intention was just coffee. Large Americano comes in a big beverage cup, Colombian beans have a very strong flavor. I exactly how I prefer. Place definitely went down hill over the past few months... not what it used to be. Ordered an Cobb salad, Asked for the chicken to be cooked well done and no olives. The chicken was barely cooked at all I had to throw it away, and they still put olives. If you’re going to charge $20 for a salad, at least make it the way the customer asks.

Staff is attentive and concerned about the customer's orders. Although it is on a very busy corner in the center if Manhattan, the facilities are always maintained in good order. Always a good experience in this Pret. A relief from the chaos that can exhist in some of the surrounding shops.

First time having a charburger and it was so savory and packed with so much flavor. I got the double charburger along with the cheese fries which paired nicely with it. Worst subway location on the map, they have terrible attitudes. They talk very loud, it's almost always dirty, and they can't even make online orders right. I got my sandwich one day, a footlong. Half of it is toasted, with half melted cheese, and the other half has no cheese and isn't toasted. And I specifically asked for no lettuce and half of my sandwich is filled with it. This is an ongoing problem at this specific restaurant. They need to face consequences.
