One of the best Desi food in the area. I was worry about it but after ordering it, it was worth every penny. Items are little expensive but servings are huge. For non spicy, just order regular.

A must-visit for South Indian food in Rockefeller Center! The self-service ordering process is seamless, and the food is outstanding. The ghee dosa was perfectly extra-crispy just like we asked, the kheema ghee dosa was packed with flavor, and the vegetable uttapam "taco" was a fun, delicious twist. Even the upma was great. My only critique is that the filter coffee comes pre-sweetened and was a little too sweet for me. Highly recommended!

Gulshan Terrace in Astoria is an exceptional venue that successfully blends vibrant atmosphere with reliable execution, making it a standout choice for medium to large gatherings. Having recently attended a cousin’s wedding reception here, I can confidently say it delivers a fantastic experience, albeit with a few minor considerations. First and foremost, the space is perfect for events in the 150-200 person range (not official it's my thought) . The layout is spacious and flexible, allowing fo

Gyro King really impressed me. The platter was packed with flavor — tender meat, super fresh veggies, and the white sauce was perfect. Portions are huge and worth every penny. The inside looks amazing too, way nicer than most gyro spots with beautiful décor and a clean setup. Friendly staff, fast service, great food. Definitely one of the best gyro spots on Staten Island!

I am a regular customer of this restaurant. Whenever I come here, this employee is always sitting in a chair and I have to wait several minutes at the counter to place my order. He does not seem to care about customers and often looks uninterested in his job. My roommate and I used to come to this restaurant every day, but my roommate has stopped coming because of this employee’s attitude. Good customer service is important, and I hope the management addresses this issue.

Really enjoyed this place. The decor, the florals and honestly even the furniture. The outdoor space is cozy too. They put real thought in to the authenticity of this restaurant. The food was great. Reminded me of my homeland food. The chai was very good! Haven’t had one like that before. I wouldn’t consider myself a chai person. But I’d get another. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know who enjoys Indian food and those looking to try it for the first time. You can’t go wrong her

I had their lunch specials that is served with Papadum (lentil chips, tasted amazing), Lamb Samosa, Chicken Curry, Rice, and I got complimentary roti. Everything is tasty and the portions are great! The lamb samosa filling was thick, the Papadum was crispy. Chicken curry was comforting. The servers are hospitable, and they played calming indian music so just nice vibe. Really great option around the area. Highly recommend.

I’ve lived in New York my entire life and eaten Indian food all over the city, and Green Chilli on Nostrand in Bed Stuy is serving some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Chef-owner Anis is Bangladeshi and trained under renowned chef Hemant Mathur, and the food speaks for itself. Everything we ordered was exceptional; the standouts were the samosas, hands down some of the best I’ve ever had in my life across any cuisine, and the tandoori shrimp, which was absolutely phenomenal. I stumbled into Bawarchi on my way to the Museum Mile Festival, mostly looking to cool down and grab a drink. What I didn’t realize was that they were just about to close, but the owner graciously waved us in anyway, and I’m so glad he did. I ordered both the vegetable and chicken samosas, and they delivered on every level: crispy, well-seasoned, and satisfying without being heavy. Exactly what you want when you’re fueling up for a long evening on your feet. But honestly, the food was almost sec

Absolutely incredible experience at this Indian restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The standout for me was the veggie samosa — perfectly crispy on the outside with a deliciously seasoned potato and pea filling inside. Easily one of the best samosas I’ve had in a long time. The pakora was equally amazing: light, crispy, and packed with flavor without feeling greasy. It paired perfectly with the chutneys and made for an addictively good appetizer. The service wa

The food here is incredible. The lamb biryani and dal makhani were packed with flavor, and the garlic naan came out fresh, hot, and perfect. We went to buy shoes at King's mall in Brooklyn, only eating halal I felt restricted , so I searched google maps and was happy to discover this place. I ordered the Briyani rice and chicken dish, the flavour reminded me of my mum cooking, so delicious 😋 we also had the tikka pita chicken wrap , the sauces add the extra flavour. While the restaurant is not big and it feels abit old, stepping in you know you going to enjoy a flavourful meal at a reasonable price. Good food served quickly.

This place truly captures the soul of Kolkata street food. The kochuri with ghugni was absolutely outstanding, perfectly crisp on the outside, soft inside, and packed with authentic flavors that instantly reminded me of home. The kathi roll was equally amazing, with well-spiced filling and that classic Kolkata-style wrap done just right. We also tried vegetable chop, fish fry, fulcopir singara and everything was delicious. And to finish it off, the rosogolla was soft, fresh, and melt-in-the-mout

Authentic Bangladeshi restaurant. We often visit NYC to enjoy deshi food. This time on our returning we stopped at Rajdhani and enjoy the mouthwatering food. Though we were full we enjoyed their food, hospitality and also brought sime Roshogollah and Kalojaam to eat later. We tried their Rui fish (piece was huge), kochur loti, gura maach, begun vorta and palong shaak. Definitely will visit here on my next trip to NewYork.

Shirazi Karahi in Glen Oaks is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Pakistani food. For appetizers we ordered Lahori fish Pakora and requested not to put too much salt but they didn’t, fish pakora was super salty . The chicken Tikka & Kufta sizzling kabobs was super tasty. Kabobs comes with rice was ok..I like their butter naan and fries. Overall all foods are flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The naan came out fresh and hot. Great portions and very fair prices. We’ll definitely be back

This place just opened up, so I figured I’d give it a shot. As soon as the pizza showed up and I smelled it, I knew it was gonna be good. Super fresh, full of flavor, and so tasty. The tandoori wings hit the spot too. I got the butter chicken pizza this time, but I’m already excited to try the other ones. Honestly, I might be taking a break from the usual pizzerias for a while—this place is solid.

Every time I come I have the best time with my friends and the food hits the spot consistently. We dove right into the meal we forgot to take pictures. But we had a lot of clean plates leftover. Charred chicken and veggies was in perfect balance Love the place!

This place has the best kacchi biryani, and I love their fresh vegetable curry. I still enjoy the chicken roast, but the flavor seems to have changed and isn't quite what it used to be. Even though it's submerged in gravy, the meat itself feels a little dry and lacks the delicious taste I remember.

This is a hidden gem. I highly recommend the chicken samosas; they are affordable and extremely delicious. For dessert, I also recommend the white (or brown) balls in sweet syrup, sold in a pack. They are delicious to even the most discerning taste. They also have great tasting hot coffee. The small size is smaller than what I’m used to, but it is very delicious and has nutty notes. Also, the restaurant is very clean, spacious and the staff is very kind.

This is my go to Indian/Bangladesh food. Food are really good, taste of real home made. Update: used to be clean and good service but now it's nasty with don't really care whose waiting. I saw bugs on the meat and they don't really care. If you don't want to get sick await this place.

I would recommend this restaurant. Meat lovers welcomed, vegan and vegetarian approved. I intended to take a picture of my main dish but I got distracted while eating the rosemary naan (SOOOOO delicious). If you want sauce for the naan remember to add the tikka masala sauce (amazing) because it doesn't automatically come with the naan. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chicken 365 from Hasan Chinese Restaurant is absolutely outstanding! The flavor is rich, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right—juicy on the inside with a great texture. Every bite tastes fresh and satisfying. The portion size is generous, and the quality is consistently excellent. You can tell they put real care into their food. If you’re a fan of flavorful chicken dishes, this is a must-try. Highly recommend Hasan Chinese Restaurant—definitely coming back for this

The establishment presents itself as a standard Bangladeshi restaurant, with a pricing structure that is more competitive compared to its counterparts. A key area for improvement would be to prioritize and enhance the cleanliness of the dining environment.

I ordered takeout through Uber Eats from Jericho Palace, but I haven’t actually been there in person since it’s a banquet hall for events, so I’m only reviewing it for the food. Everything I ordered was really good. The palak paneer had a nice amount of paneer, was well flavored, and had the perfect amount of spice. The zaffrani malai kofta was also very flavorful and balanced. The butter naan stood out too, it was soft, buttery, fresh, and a generous portion. Overall, really solid food based

the food is mostly pretty well seasoned and overall tasty but their meats have a tendency of being too dry, maybe bc they leave the food out w/o temp holding and just microwave to reheat. I wish this wasn't the case otherwise I'd come here all the time most workers are super nice. I come back sometimes but one of my first times here (in 2024) the owner or someone very kindly gave my friend and me so much free masala chai😭 restaurant has cozy, down to earth vibes. frequented by Desi cab driver

Abdullah Sweets in Jackson Heights is my go-to spot for take-home comfort food and sweets. Wherever I am in the neighborhood, I make sure to stop by for rasgullas, shingara, beef tehari, and roasted eggplant — all flavorful and delicious. Ordered paneer pakora. Asked the owner (who to my delivery order) if paneer is stuffed with masala or chutney or such, he affirmatively said yes it has stuffing, which I love the most. When I got the dish it was just thin slice of paneer fried with batter. When I confronted the owner, he didn't believe me. Do I made a video call and split each piece and showed him how blah it was. He switched his stand and said they didn't stuff the paneer, they give chutney on the side. What a shameless lier!!

The breakfast dosa was $15 and MASSIVE. You could for sure share one if you’re not too hungry. I’d guess there’s 4 eggs in there? The dosa is very crispy if you eat it there. I liked the cilantro chutney a lot. More than I expected. The mango chutney is good it’s just not what I want with a savory dosa. It’s like “wait why did I
