Gino’s of Whitestone is a solid spot to grab pizza in the area, and it’s also great if you’re looking for a quick, satisfying bite. The food is consistently good and reliable, which keeps me coming back. The standout part of the experience is Kathy. She is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes the place feel welcoming. She goes out of her way to make customers feel comfortable and taken care of, which really elevates the experience. The only downside is that the staff working upf

Great place hidden in the bronx , but really worth the ride and the visit! First time there , with my family , and the owner greetedus with such welcoming hospitality! He gave us a full rundown of the menu& His recommendations all around it was just a very great experience. The food was amazing, freshly prepared Definitely fun of flavor!! We will be making this one of my frequent eater spots! If you haven't already and you're in the area , definitely give this place a try!!!

I was just passing by and the pizza looked good, so I decided to stop in—and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The slice came out hot, fresh, and really tasty, exactly what you want from a quick NYC pizza stop. Service was fast and friendly, which is perfect when you’re on the move, and the prices are hard to beat for the area. It’s an easy place to grab a solid slice without overthinking it, especially if you’re nearby and want something quick, satisfying, and affordable. I’d stop in again witho

Me and my family have been ordering from here for years. And unfortunately they’ve fell off tremendously over the past few years and often get our delivery orders wrong. The customer service has always been good, but the food these past few orders is some of the worst I’ve had in years. Very bland marinara/ tomato sauce and the chicken they use here has a very weird dry rubbery texture, almost like it was fake. Very strange experience. Felt like a waste. The pizza is good, but the sandwiches here

Went at night and stumbled across this place outside the bar i was at. Tried their margharita slice because thats my go to slice. Divine. Crunchy crust, fresh mozzarella, and chopped basil. Saw an apple bacon pizza slice and tried it . That was also really good the only downside was how oily it was but 10/10 recommend!

This small, basic eatery doles out pizza, burgers, fried chicken & other casual American eats.
This is a nice pizza place with really great pizza slice options. I had the Hawaiian and margarita slices. My son had a square Sicilian slice and they cut it up for him. The service was prompt and polite. They even accepted credit cards. I would definitely come here again. The pizza was quite yummy!

Pizza is alright, but the problem was they force charged a tip thru grubhub. If I knew they used their own delivery staff I would have tipped, but grubhub doesn't show until after you place the order. Either way if they would have added a $2 tip cool, but no they did an $8 tip!! Mind you I only ordered 3 slices & was just 13 blocks away with me meeting the delivery guy outside. Just watch your charges the next day when dealing with this pizzeria & contact grubhub if they do this BS with you.

We had the tomato and red onion slice, eggplant Parmesan slice and a white slice. We also had the lentil soup and the chicken noodle soup. Everything was delicious. This place isn’t too bad. The crust is made with salted dough so if you’re used to that mild sweet crust from other pizzerias, you won’t find it here. Because of this, it’s a bit saltier than usual but it’s still good nonetheless. They use a different oil or spices because there’s a slight different flavor to the pizza too. It’s pretty good if you’re hungry though, so don’t be afraid to give it a shot. Costed $24 for a pie with toppings. By the way you’ll only have to wait for one or two people

If you’re looking for that real late-night NYC pizza vibe, this spot never disappoints. Me and my boyfriend were craving a classic late-night slice and decided to try it, and honestly we were hooked right away. The first time we ordered from here, it was so good we ended up ordering again not long after. The pizza has that perfect NYC feel — the kind that reminds you of the old 99¢ slice spots. I had a great experience at Crustinos Pizza. From the moment I walked in, the place had a welcoming and casual vibe that made it feel like a great spot to grab a proper slice. The staff was friendly and quick to help, and the service overall felt smooth and efficient. The real highlight, of course, was the pizza. It was absolutely delicious—perfectly baked with a crust that had just the right balance of crispiness and softness. The sauce was flavorful without being overpowering, and the cheese

I was out late working and just wanted something to eat. I strolled into this little place & ordered the special, 2 slices & a can soda. The slices were very big, a bit on the oily side but I thought they were definitely above average. I was really surprised by this place. This used to be my favorite slice in the neighborhood when the shop first opened but in the past year the lack of quality control has really shown. Once crispy slices on tangy sourdough crusts are replaced with slices of hastily placed pools of cold sauce on a floppy half way cooked crust. The busier the evening, the lower the quality the slice while on a quiet evening you are more likely to get a cold slice that has been sitting for hours. I still think the vodka slice has some great flavors to

TL;DR- A decent slice of pizza for the price. While I wouldn't go out of my way to visit, it's perfectly acceptable. The rating is for the area, as FiDi is generally pretty terrible with options, including pizza outside of Neapolitan pies. This location is one of several from this NYC pizza chain. I've been to another one near Union Square, and my thoughts are similar for both places. The plain slice costs $3.50, has a decent amount of cheese, and a fresh sauce which is bright, but not super no

I’ve never been disappointed in either of those three scenarios. Was in the mood tonight for a couple slices, a salad and beer. They didn’t disappoint. Whether in or out of the neighborhood it is certainly worth the trip.

Frankly speaking, it brought back so much fond childhood memory when I took the first bite into a slice of cheese pizza at this place. The pizza is hot, the cheese just finished bubbling a minute ago, and the crust was crunchy it felt like an odd combination of sensations that works. The atmosphere here is very friendly. The owner, I guess, was greeting everyone warmly; he was also accommodating to guest requests. This alone deserves my 5-star rating. I love NY pizzas, and especially NYC for hav

First of all the owner was there making sure everyone was taken care of, was so sweet and was even so kind as to give me an amazing recommendation for the burrata pesto slice that was incredible. I also followed them on insta for a free garlic knot. The potato pancetta slice was probably my favorite out of everything I tried but every single slice yo

Ordered food for delivery. Our chicken roll was missing. When we called to let them know it was missing and if they could send the driver back with one, we were told they were too busy and could only give us credit. When my mother went to bite into a chicken wing she spit it back out so quick because the chicken wings were still raw. We then called back to ask for a refund because not only was part of our order missing but now we had raw chicken wings that could have made us extremely ill. The p

Hands down some delicious pizza I just had from this family owned establishment. After coming across one of their videos on tik tok, it’s unfair for businesses especially family owned ones go through a hassle to get any foot traffic due to the new construction of a train station being brought to the area. I had their pepperoni slice and honestly can’t never go wrong with a classic, the crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce being used is rich in flavor, good amount of cheese and pepperoni, altho

The employees were fine waited a bit for someone to come to the register but my order was ready for pickup! The pizza it self didn’t taste well done - a bit doughy. We also ordered the honey chipotle and bbq wings - all the flavor was in the sauce the winds themself weren’t really seasoned. Felt a bit disappointed.

We ordered food today for my son's graduation party, got 4 pies, 2 plain, 2 pepperoni and the panini platter which came with tray of garden salad. Everything was delicious! All 4 pies, went so quick, everyone loved them. Everyone raved about the panini sandwiches, they came hot and fresh. Very impressed. And a great value for the money. Pizza is alright for $1.50. not too good nor too bad. For me the crust was good, as it was crunchy and fresh. Lacks sauce though, they should put more sauce. But can't complain for the price!! I spend quite some time just enjoying friendly atmosphere of this family business. Non stop line of delivery drivers attest to the popularity of this pizzeria. They have quite a menu, but we know what we came here for, right? Pizza! I had a square piece of Grandma’s pie (gosh, it sounds obscene) and slice of Margharita. They were delicious! A lot of dough (the green kind) for a basic slice. They just going through the motions. Slice came out burning hot. On the positive side, the cheese was chewy. I say a little pricey for two reg slices. Each was 3.25 before tax. Add two snapples and the total was 13 w tax. I could see this pizza shop as a good place to come solo on your way to the train.
