Corner eatery serving up Portuguese-style small plates, paella & other specialties, plus sangria.
I got to Sangria just in time for happy hour (which ends at 7pm on weekdays), but the food and drinks were disappointing. The sangria tasted more like fruit juice than wine. If you want a virgin drink, the margarita is your best bet. Everything I ordered was from the happy hour menu. The chicken croquettes were decent, crispy on the outside and very soft/slightly mushy inside. The cod fritters were disappointing because they still had bones in them. Lastly, the chicken skewers (2) were the high

I stopped by here completely on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! The food is absolutely fantastic—packed with flavor without being overly salty. Everything I've tried has been delicious, which is why I've come back several times since my first visit. The drinks are excellent, the food is consistently amazing, and the service has always been friendly and attentive. Just a heads-up: they don't take reservations, so be prepared to wait during busy times. One of my favorite things about the restaurant

Came in to get some takeout. Let me just say the place was decorated so nice and the added Christmas decorations just beautiful. But let’s get into the food- Everything was hot and food displayed and in my plate was perfect. Now only con was the wait for certain dishes. But other then that No complaints 😌

Victoria and her catering team are incredible. I reached out for food for 1000 people for a FIFA World Cup watch party at our corporate office in New York. Unfortunately I did not have advanced notice for this order and placed it last night. When they opened this morning they did everything they possibly could to accommodate our request and I must say from the presentation to delivery and communication everything was seamless and perfectly executed. I visited during the argentina game. The guys there were so nice and accommodating, food was really good, a bit overpriced. But knowing that, I still enjoyed every part of it. Milanesa Napolitana was the best part besides our server being attentive and refilling our waters all the time. Loved him! thank you

Pops Diner did it right. I take my Benedicts seriously, and the Mangu Benedict didn’t miss—perfect mangu, a well-done poached egg, salty salami, fresh avocado, and hollandaise that brought it all together, not your average Benedict. My girlfriend loved the challah French toast—thick cut, soft on the inside with a nice golden finish, just the right amount of sweetness, and really well balanced overall. I had the grilled chicken platter with rice, beans, and sweet plantains, along with a cheese and broccoli empanada. Everything was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, the sides were delicious, and the empanada was fresh and satisfying. The portions were very generous for the price, making it an excellent value. Great food, great quality, and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this spot and will be coming back again!

Had an amazing experience here mainly because of our waitress(daysia) . She was extremely attentive, fast, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time without missing a beat. You could tell she genuinely cared about giving great service. The food came out fresh and high quality, and her positive energy made the whole experience even better. She was professional, friendly, and honestly one of the best waitresses Thank you so much Daysia

A daily-changing menu of pintxos, mains & desserts is served in a relaxed space with globe lights.
Side notes- Prices aren't online, and the menu changes frequently. In general, as of a few months ago, the pintxos/bites are $14 to $16, the entradas/appetizers are mostly in the low or mid-$20s, and the platos/entrees are mostly in the $30s and $40s. Anyway, I was at this dimly lit Basque restaurant a while back with a small group. The place got pretty loud eventually, and the service was friendly. As we were waiting, I had some time to kill and ordered a tasty vermut. In this case, it was the

The first time I ordered through phone it took them 2 hours to bring the food to my house. Mind you I’m 3 blocks aways not far but not close, honestly it’s like a 10 minute walk. Second time I went in person I ask for a yaroa mixta, meaning it supposed to have fires with chicken, meat and cheese when I get home, the yaroa was only chicken, not only did it not bring meat it was dry with barely any sauce and the cheese was barely melted. Not what I ask for. It’s best to get food from there on Monday

No crowd i guess when I told the manager she agreed that this was ok to let a entire 20 min go by no crowd I ate an entire salmon meal with no drink I find this to be very unprofessional. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and still come at least 3–4 times a month, wish I could come every day lol. Family-owned and truly feels like home. The food tastes like your grandma’s cooking, comforting and made with love. My go-to dishes are the bandeja paisa and lengua en salsa, the soups are always delicious, and they have the best coffee in town. Cozy place with the warmest, friendliest staff.

Came here for Mother’s Day; we had a booking but probably wouldn’t have had an issue to get a table. The house grill was enough for 3 of us; downside is it doesn’t come with sides… those are separate. The mashed potatoes were good. The wine is expensive, $65 for a Malbec. It was good but no $65 good you know? In general a nice meal with family but tad overprice in my opinion

I visited this restaurant today, May 19th, 2026, at approximately 4:00 p.m., and experienced a significant issue with the management. The woman claiming to be the manager overcharged me for my order. My sister and I started with a chicken soup, which was actually really good and one of the highlights of the meal. For our appetizer, we ordered the grilled octopus.
