This is one good pizza! Generally pizza for me is an okay food but damn this place has the best pizza I had. Location: It is located along Livington St. Great display of ready to eat pizza. You can see also a big oven behind the counter. Lot of seating inside. Service: not much interaction, just point what I like and pay. Food: I only ordered the Margherita slice. I was not expecting but it was soo good. The cheese melts and i think they drizzled pesto sauce on top. The pie was also crispy. T

Apparently you can’t get a cup of water without a purchase anymore. Policy has been updated about 4 - 5 months ago as per the barista in a black apron. Talk about being honest and saying “I worked overnight and just want water. I’m going to sleep later. I don’t need to eat or drink anything “. So sad that they changed this policy during the nasty summer. EDIT: I was told that that barista doesn’t work there. She was just picking up a shift. She was rude and was told of her mistake. I like the

Absolutely horrible. I ordered the New Yorker breakfast sandwich which is a baconeggncheese, what I got was a Mcdoanlds fake powdered egg perfect circle of death. The bacon too was fake, microwaved bacon. Nothing New York about this sandwich. Never going back. I literally took a bite and threw it away. Gross, I don’t understand how a business like this can serve such awful food.

stopped by Yohevet Coffee Shop after my court appearance — just a few minutes’ walk from the Supreme Court on Adams Street — and it turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had in Downtown Brooklyn. I’ve known Alex for many years — he’s a true specialist and one of the most respected flower experts in Brooklyn, known for his beautiful floral arrangements and friendly personality. He’s also one of my best friends, and now he’s brought that same passion and warmth into his new venture —

FOOD: the phrase tasted very good. My order was incredibly fresh right out of the fryer. I really enjoyed the size that I got for the price point. I got happy hour fries, which was a medium size with two sauces for only five dollars. The salt on the fries was very liberal and had flaky salt clusters. That tasted very good with the warm-up potato wedges. The fry cut was a fantastic American cut not the large British cut. I chose the curry, ketchup and aïoli as my two sides. The aïoli was buttery

I had a wonderful time with delicious tea and lovingly prepared pastries, and a pleasant chat with the owner. This café is very charming, tastefully decorated, cozy, and modern. I felt very comfortable in a foreign city.

We had a nice, relaxing Sunday evening here. The space is open and comfortable, with plenty of room to settle in, and there’s a great selection of draft beers. I tried the Lovefool sour beer, which was excellent. Two people in our group ordered the house burgers, which looked incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crisp. I ordered the Wild Thing pizza, topped with bulgogi beef, house-made mozzarella, pecorino crema, kimchi, sesame, scallions, and a yangnyeom-style sauce. I

This place used to be at Lawrence St but now they're at Willoughby. They move in January 2023. The place is bigger but still needs some work. It feels like a space in a way. Compare to their previous location they don't even put the posters of their new drinks inside which makes it kind of difficult to even know what's new. The people there are very nice. Great place to get some good bubble tea.

Customer service was really on point. The employees Joseph and becca Did an amazing job helping me choose my first drink at Blank Street. I was recommended the strawberry shortcake Matcha iced drink and I would rate it a 8.5/10. This is good if want a drink that’s not too sweet.

I ordered the Hot Chicken Slider and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The portion size was extremely small — much smaller than expected for the price. The taste was also underwhelming; the chicken lacked flavor, and the seasoning did not stand out at all. I spent $11 ordering it through DoorDash, and I truly did not feel it was worth the cost. The meal left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed, and I did not enjoy it at all. Overall, it felt like a waste of money, and I wou

Simple slice joint serving up New York-style pizza with traditional toppings.
The pizzas honestly all tasted the same but not in the worst way. The pizzas were all thin-crust, and had cheese the way I liked it but honestly the dough base was a little too bready and chewy for my preference. It honestly didn't matter much if the slice had pepperoni, sausage, or just margarita sauce on top it didn't really change much about the flavor profile of the pizza. Honestly, honestly, still a baseline solid NY style slices. The sicilian slice was a little underwhelming though.

I was staying in Brooklyn and thought I would try Smith Gourmet Deli. The food was fresh, and the sandwiches stacked. Definitely a true NYC experience. Prices are fair for the neighborhood, and the place is always clean and well‑stocked. It’s exactly what you want from a local Brooklyn deli: reliable, fast, and consistently good.

On several occasions visiting this store my coffee was not made good and I had different people make it. Instructions were told on what I wanted in the drink and unfortunately they missed the point every time. On one occasion the drink was handed to me very sticky without help from the barrister who made the drink. The only reason he apologized was because I said something!!!! That is crazy to me. Otherwise for me it's a no. I enjoy Starbucks but this one is not it for me.

We had such a cozy, satisfying meal at Ippudo V with the modern and warm vibe, perfect for a comforting ramen night. Loved their all-vegan selection, which is honestly refreshing to see done so thoughtfully. We started with the Vrooklyn Gyoza, it was easily one of the best vegan gyozas I have had in a long time. They were incredibly flavorful with a subtle smoky depth. For ramen, we tried Platon Tonkotsu, their take on the signature tonkotsu-style broth. It was unique, deeply flavorful, and f

I ordered the Peruvian Chicken Market Plate. The portion is good and the plate is well balanced. You get rice and lentils, chicken, sweet potatoes, corn, pickled onions, and avocado mash, so there’s a nice mix of protein, carbs, and vegetables. The chicken was flavorful and not dry. The green aji sauce added a good kick, and the pickled onions helped balance everything out. Overall, it’s a solid, filling meal if you want something healthier than fast food but still satisfying. Hope they read their reviews - great food. Been eating their food since they were just one shop in west village. Always good. But now that they are a big chain all over the city, they always change their menu, remove items and options to reduce the value of their meals. Wish they would stop being so cheap and give us a nice plate of food at a reasonable price. 15 dollar falafel is a joke. Throw some hummus on there for free Jesus. I’ve been meaning to leave a review for this place for a long time because they honestly deserve the recognition. Every single time I order from here, they consistently get everything right — from the food itself to the delivery timing and even the attitude of the delivery drivers. I frequent this place ALOT! I love the up-beat atmosphere/culture, and I really love how attentive and personable the baristas are. This location used to be heavy focused on both great food and service,,,,not anymore! When you sit at the bar; usually your rolls are prepared and given to you once the previous one was finished! Likkle More Jerk has some hits and some misses for me. I love their corn soup, it’s super flavorful and comforting, I just wish it had a little more vegetables in it to balance it out. I also ordered the oxtails with rice & peas, and unfortunately that didn’t do it for me. The texture was off. Not sure if it was overcooked but it was chewy which was disappointing because I was really looking forward to it. Love the kiosk ordering. Service is always prompt. TLDR: Solid fried chicken roll, chicken came out a bit too hot and maybe a bit too much on the sandwich toppings-wise. Sandwich was served fresh, and was very good (chicken was light and almost tempura style) - the toppings gave the overall sandwich a distinctive Thai flavor. Some of the best bagels i’ve ever had. My favorite is the sesame bagel toasted with jalapeno cream cheese. you could tell their cream cheeses are very fresh even by my jalapeno cream cheese, you could tell those peppers were sliced fresh and mixed into the cream cheese. Big difference compared to other store-bought cream cheeses I’ve had.

Absolutely delicious Lanzhou-style beef noodle soup! The hand-pulled noodles are fresh and perfectly chewy, the broth is rich and flavorful, and the beef is tender and well-seasoned. This place is I think meant to be more authentic. I was looking for comforting average local Chinese food for lunch. There’s not a lot of that in this neighborhood. The general tsoas chicken was really small for $18. Also they gave me the smallest sauce for my crab Rangoon I’ve ever seen in my life. It is not worth the price for the quality. I hadn't been Downtown Brooklyn for several years but I recently went downtown on 4/14/2026. After a long time in court I went to lunch and went to the 99 cents Slices of Pizza at 404 Jay Street. When I walked inside I notice the area was small but the most disturbing thing I noticed was how dirty the floors were and the tables. I wanted to sit and eat but the tables were filthy. Thought I'd give this place a try, fairly underwhelmed. Ordered Fish and Chips, and some soup, for $24. Got some of the smallest pieces of fried fish I've ever had in NYC. Every time after class at NYU Tandon, I come here to eat—and I always run into classmates. It's basically become our go-to post-class spot.
