I hate coming here. The staff almost always has an attitude. The cashiers are slow… Especially Fadjina. They have the new Jalapeño cheeseburger advertised big and bold yet in the middle of the day the burger is not available. The short manager with the bat-winged eyelashes was berated a team member right at the register for diners to hear. Just unprofessional. This used to be the best Wendy’s on this side of town. Now it’s just here to say there’s a Wendy’s in the area. NEVER AGAIN

I'm an Uber eats delivery courier. This location is hot garage. 15 in house customers and 3 delivery couriers that came into the restaurant after me all left before my order was even started. I don't know who was the management on Tuesday Jun 2nd at 6pm but they were not doing a good job. I waited over an hour for one order.

I had an amazing experience at Smashburger thanks to Shanaya! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, friendly, and had such a positive attitude. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She made sure everything was right with my order and made me feel welcomed. I ordered through Uber Eats from here through a recommendation from a friend from work and 100/10. The Waffles were amazing, just right amount of sweetness. The bacon was cooked just right, not too greasy. The eggs were also really good, could've used some salt and pepper but it was good with just ketchup. The drink I got was Butterfly Mango and it was just the right amount of sweetness, definitely refreshing. From the time I ordered to the time I had my food in my hand was less than 45 minutes.
