I tried this restaurant because I was curious to see if Chef JJ cuisines were delicious as I see him prepared on TV. I can say that the food is delicious and prepared fresh. The Oxtail Egg roll, Crispy Brussel sprouts and the Roast Chicken bowl was delicious. The prices are reasonable. The next time I come back to New York, I'm going to try his other location in Harlem.

Really is the best culinary experience in the area. Every dish is decadent and beautifully designed. A great option in an area saturated with more of the fried same. This and the Spanish Gin tapas spot on 120th are a breath of air! Grateful for their artistry.

Great pizza options! We had 2 small pies (the vodka and the meatball & burrata). Both pies were super fresh and delicious. The BBQ wings are 10/10! Everything is served fresh which is great. The restaurant vibes feel like a cafe but there is ample seating. They also have jazz nights so I might come back for that. I purchased food and dessert for my family, including a cake. While my daughter was eating it, she noticed mold on the cake. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable, especially since it was meant to be enjoyed together as a family. Food should never be sold in this condition. I expected much better quality control.

The meat was very tender and well seasoned, and the bread (very similar to an Indian roti, if not the same) was buttery and flaky with a tender bite. The wrap also came with a side salad. Nice location wasy to find at the corner not car from the 3 train on Lennex aka Malcolm X Boulevard. Nice options with outdoor, indoor and bar seating. Service was quick and polite by Janice. The churrasco plate was good and filling. Nice setup with rice and beans, tortillas, salad, tostones, green and red sauces. I'm going to try the chicken fajita next time. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had an absolutely amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, especially Xavier. They do offer a free sauce in exchange for a review, but I’m writing this purely because of how great the burger and service were. Totally worth it.

Lovely place where I get baked goods and sandwiches often. Of the standard baked goods the fluffy donuts are the best. But really the key is to go to the register and check out their cookies and cakes of the day. Get those, those are so moist and not too sweet. Fantastic baking.

Local coffee shop vibe where you see a little bit of the behind the scenes and the messiness of the space. I like that vibe, I used to study in that vibe for a long time. As for the coffee I think the roast is alright but not maybe as good as others. So it's good enough if it's the only game in town, which is reasonable. But it's not as good as Plowshares or others nearby. The roast is just missing a lot of the volatile tastes I expect. That or the brew was not done well, I can't tell.

My Husband and I are new to this neighborhood we love going here for our coffee and breakfast and even lunch. It’s my second time takeout and this place is rapidly becoming my favorite sushi spot in the neighborhood. They’re friendly and super fast, they have a large selection of rolls in the menu (not too big but they taste great!) and specials like Any 3 Rolls for 15,50$ and Any 2 Rolls for 11$. The place is fairly small but clean and convenient and they do deliveries, pickup and eat in (only three tables though) with good service and quality food.
