We were greeted, seated promptly and had cornbread and drinks within a few minutes of being seated. After we ordered, our food was prepared fresh and was on the table fast. This was literally the quickest I've ever had soul food prepared. Everything was delicious, especially the fried wings, jerk chicken and rice and peas. Came at 11am - 90% of the food ready to go, a few empty sections. So fresh! As a solo traveller, I loved being able to try soul food but just a little of everything - rather than a huge meal or 5 chicken pieces at once. Loved being able to have fresh fruit food. When I tell you I will be thinking of this fried chicken in my dreams! Wanted soul food on a whim and this place popped up and now I can’t get enough!!! This place is absolutely delicious and the staff are so welcoming and friendly!! Seasoned well, cooked perfectly, cornbread crispy on the top doughy on the inside, collards cooked to perfection. Overly rated! The wait time is ridiculous! 48 minutes for the food to end up looking like this! The fish looks like one piece was cut into two and served. Not to mention the chips overly cooked! 3l26/26. I alway go for the whole turkey wings and tips and ham. It's great when they bring out hot food! Especially the fresh fried chicken. They have an extensive cold salad selections! As you know every cook greens and baked macaroni & cheese taste different! So you have to taste!

The restaurant week menus is 3 course for $45 per person. The portion size is big and food is tasty. For starters we had the salmon fritters, arugula salad; for main we got the branzino and chicken Marsala, both are very good. For dessert there are just two choices: chocolate brownie ice cream or strawberry sorbet. We got both and if you mix the two the flavors are more balanced. Great service as well.

The place is very brightly lighted and modern looking and serves delicious chicken. The employee, however, seem confused when dealing with people, as if they just landed on our planet. Good thing there’s a thick plexiglass shield between them and the customers. They don’t like to hand out napkins, either. Even though they serve fried food which you eat with your hands. Nice large, open kitchen; perhaps it should be a bit smaller, and the the crowded dining area made larger. ♿️

I don’t know how Shake Shack found them but the three ladies I’ve interacted with in my visit today and my last are fabulous. THIS PIZZA!!! Seriously. The whole pie. I ate the whole thing. The crust is super thin and the char from the oven is chef's kiss. I had the margherita pizza and OMG!!! Had an amazing experience at Charles Pan Fried Chicken. Huge thank you to Riska and Poppa for staying open a little later so we could still grab a meal. Their kindness and customer service truly meant a lot and made us feel welcomed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth the visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and even better hospitality.

Authentic Dominican flavor. With so much offerings in and around NYC, El Tina stands out for its authentic and unassuming comida criolla Dominicana. The lunch crowd moves in and out quickly. Take out and deliveries are picked up quickly. When our party of 4 walked over from Barnard college, we knew the walk would be worth trudging through the heat and humidity of summer in NYC. There is an extensive list of daily lunch specials-which includes Moro, a choice of protein, and 3 pieces of maduros.

Really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a chicken nugget Happy Meal for my child — one of the simplest orders possible — and when we got home and opened the box, the nuggets were not in there. I shouldn’t have to double-check a basic order before leaving the store. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and realize the main item wasn’t even included. The cuisine here is amazing, one of my favorites is the Curry lemon pepper wings! They are amazing, you do have to ask for them to be fried hard and extra seasoning, but it’s worth it. I love wings, which is why I went. When we arrived, the police were escorting someone out of the bathroom. The Cajun corn was an absolute delight, incredibly good. The food overall was solid. I had to eat while constantly watching my belongings. I felt unsafe because homeless individuals and people yelling kept coming in. The food is good, but I would not go back because the atmosphere felt unsettling.

Came here after having a midnight ice cream craving and they definitely fulfilled the craving!! My wife and I ordered Mac and cheese. Extremely dry and had no flavor. I had the glazed salmon. Dry as well. I ordered pepper steak but didn’t receive it, just the rice. No one called me to inform me that there was no pepper steak. Maybe it was a bad day to order. But I’m not trying to order again any time soon.

I’ve been to this location numerous amount of times and every time I order grilled nuggets they never give the accurate amount. We came here during our trip to NYC from London. It did not disappoint. It over delivered. Honestly the best shrimp and catfish I’ve ever had. The flavours have me wanting to book a flight back! We love the monkey cup. It's a little dim and unfortunately the arepas are only available Friday- Sunday from the morning until the afternoon. They're so good! I got a black bean and white cheese one and the arepa itself is made from scratch by a Venezuelan man! So good. And I love the Spanish lattes and the turmeric lemonade.

Terrible service. One of the drinks in my delivery order (a Venti latte) arrived only 25% full. Customer service was unhelpful; they refused to send a replacement and would only issue a refund (which takes up to a week to process). They even claimed they couldn't find the store location I ordered from. My initial hesitation about ordering was justified. Never again.
