I ordered the gluten free + vegan cheese pizza and drumroll….. it was actually tasty!! even though the cheese looks terrible, it’s actually really good!! The bread, although thin, still makes you feel like you’re eating a nice slice. I would come back. I got a square slice with basil, pesto, garlic and mushrooms 😋🤤😋🤤 One star off because it was $9 for a gluten free, vegan cheese slice with 3 toppings. A bit pricey. But honestly I’m used to it. 😂

Deliciously authentic Haitian cuisine. Came here per the recommendation of my Haitian friend and it did not disappoint! Portions sizes were large and great for sharing with a group. So many dishes I cannot recommend enough. We ordered the fried goat, fried pork, oxtail and Legumes, which all came with rice and small sides, and were highly tasty. This was my first visit to Huascar’s. The decor was cute and the bakery case was well stocked, clean, and everything looked delicious. The shop is TINY but full of personality. Delicious Thai food! I got the pad see ew and the portion was very generous and it was delicious. My boyfriend is gluten free and got the curry and it was good! The rice was a bit small portion and extra was $3.50 which is a bit much so we didn’t get it. The service was great and you didn’t need a reservation can just walk in.

34th Bagels & More was one of our favorite bagel spots during our time in Midtown Manhattan. While in New York we made it a point to have bagels every day, and this place definitely delivered that classic NYC bagel experience. Located right in Midtown, it’s a great quick stop whether you’re heading out for the day or grabbing breakfast before exploring the city. The shop had a nice local neighborhood feel with a huge selection of fresh bagels, spreads, breakfast options, sandwiches, and coffee.

The woman named Carolina at the cash register is not trained to prepare coffee, twice she made my coffee badly and with a rude attitude. The manager has no character or initiative to serve customers well. First and last time I visit this Pret. I do not recommend the coffee they served was bitter, a sign that it is old. Also the woman used the steamers pitcher with the same milk for all the orders (cross contamination).

With so many Starbucks around town, this one really stands out. The staff are fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. The coffee is exactly what you expect, but the vibe here is what makes it special. It is a genuinely nice place to spend a few minutes. Definitely worth marking as a favorite in the Starbucks app.

Some of the best chicken schwarma I've had in a long time. And I travel to SWANA at least twice a year. Chicken was thinly sliced, crispy and evenly distributed throughout. Pita bread was soft and fluffy. Tahini was smooth and creamy. Fries were thin and seasoned perfectly. I'll be back very soon!

With my wife being gluten free and diary free, desserts are always hard to come by. But OMG did this place deliver! This was the one of the best desserts she has ever had! I needed a brunch spot that could meet many different needs (kids, teenagers, older adults) for a big group of people and this place was IT! It was absolutely perfect. We were a large table and we sat upstairs which is a spacious and well lit area (the reviews made the place seem a little darker than it was). The food was EXCELLENT and the service friendly and easygoing. If I have a big group I would definitely come back here

I came in right before the cardi b concert and Dee took care of me. Food was fast. I had the samosas and the drinks were amazing. They have an amazing hour that’s lowkey but amazing. This pizza was amazing! And we had to get gluten free, usually that means sad pizza...NOT here!! It was so fresh, so delish, and generous size! Dude at the counter was so sweet! Found this place from a book called Drink Like a Local, and if I didn't there is no way I would have found it. Located on a block with a ton of places to eat it is up a flight of stairs behind an umarked door. Walk in and you are greated warmly by the hostest. Sat at the bar, ordered the grilled cheese and a Gin cocktail. Bartender was very helpful with the drink selection and the grilled cheese spot on. Defitantly would recommend and look to go back.

Great typical New York experience for pizza! Delicious and not too pricy (about $5 a slice) and the service was wonderful! Thoroughly enjoyed the shop, stopped by after visiting skyscape spy museum within a few minutes walking distance. The bathrooms were undesireable, but likely in part due to age of building. Would totally go back and recommend for delicious NY style slices!

I feel really bad about this review. This restaurant looks really nice, service is great (our server from Morocco was super friendly), but the food was not good. Sorry. We had late lunch - around 2.30 - 3 pm -, so not sure if the official chef/cook was around. Dishes looked good, but the arugula/pear salad was blend, the eggplant lasagna had no salt at all, and the Milanese pork had no meat (mainly bread crumbs). The only dish that was ok was the linguine with seafood.
