This place is absolutely amazing. The staff keep this place clean all around the clock. They’re constantly sweeping and wiping things down. The bathrooms are all very clean. The staff are all very professional and well dressed. The ballrooms are all huge and beautifully decorated with so much detail and elegance. The food is very good. I highly recommend this venue to anybody who wants to celebrate a special occasion is style!

Ordered delivery. Multiple items missing in the large bag that was sealed with McD tape / stickers. 2 values meals came with ZERO fries, sent the BBQ sauce for the McNuggets but not the McNuggets, no Happy Meal at all or drink, the Double Quarter Pounder might have been from hours before. Not sure what happened today, but won't get my delivery orders in the future.

No pricing on the signs inside, The slices here are WAY overpriced. My slice was $8 then I added chicken on top (extra $3) which brings it to $11! I don’t feel like the quality was that great to warrant that amount. Just another spot trying to become a gimmicky Pizzeria and overcharge customers, I will not be coming back here.

I like Starbucks from I was a child, it’s my favorite place, but sometimes when I order a coffee or any drink they put for me more ice, it’s more than the drink, so! half of the cup is all ice and a little drink, is that fair? I spoke to them at the same time I ordered my matcha drink, and I explained my problem to them, and they gave me my money back. That seems fair. But please, next time, don't add ice without consulting the customer first.

Absolutely delicious! I had chicken dumplings, the Pad Thai Woon Sen followed by mango sticky rice for dessert. Seriously, so delicious!!! Im still thinking about it! The restaurant is cute and so relaxing. It gives such a peaceful cozy vibe. This was our first time trying and I already can't wait to go back and try more dishes. Highly recommend.

I odered a nice combo a small pie with slim slices and and salad. Caprese salad basically tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil with a balsamic vinegar, then the 4 top pie. Everything was delicious.

This store/smoothie/sandwich/salad store is my go to place when in the area. The staff is amazing and remember my order, super friendly and just great. The food and smoothies are fantastic. My go to smoothie is the chocolate covered strawberry protein smoothie. It is delicious. I can't say enough about this place. Plus the prices are good. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming here since i was like 10 lol. Vicky is always nice but all the staff seem so scared of her and always cheap out on your drink when she’s around. Kept giving them chances on my coffee since i live across.Ice coffee milk and caramel that’s all. Tastes like absolute …. every time. Rare occasion it’s good. Started going out of my way now to get a normal coffee at dunkin on williamsbridge. Me and my ladies are never going again.

Had a beautiful lunch to celebrate my late husband's birthday with five of his good friends. This was his favorite place to eat. Chelsea took great care of us all. The service was outstanding. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was delightful. We had a awesome time. Will definitely recommend.

First of all, what store does not have apply pay? It’s 2026. I had to go to the bank to withdraw money so I can come back and pay for this god awful cake. The kids cut off a 1/6 pie for me when I ordered a slice. I respec they give you a 1/6 rather than and 1/8. However, the pie looked old as heck and was soggy. It’s a mediocre slice. Nothing special. It even rip just from folding it in half.

Today I tried the pho and sandwich at this Vietnamese spot, and both were really good. The pho had a nice broth, the noodles were cooked well, and everything tasted fresh. The sandwich was delicious too, so overall it was a solid, satisfying meal.

I have been driven this place for weeks, and finally had a chance to pop in around 11:30 AM. It's a friendly place. The menu has assorted hot/cold coffees, cold bottled beverages and a moderate selection of specialty, dessert pastries etc. The prices are reasonable. I ordered the hazelnut cake, and asked what coffee would compliment it. A cappuccino was recommended. It was perfect! It's nice to have a cozy coffee place in the neighborhood instead of Starbucks.

I was visiting my dad in the Bronx and he took me here. He always eats here on weekdays and so I decided to try it out. The food is really good and the owners are nice. They had a ton of orders when I came so the wait was a bit longer than I expected. The restaurant isn’t spotless, but I could see the kitchen from my table and it was quite clean. If I ever get the chance, I’ll definitely come back.

I have been a customer at Portofino for years and I can say that they serve very good coffee. Very nice place and the owner is welcoming and sociable. The environment is clean and well maintained, however it does not excuse some of the staff who are often rude, do not know how to say thank you, good morning, good evening or goodbye and have a very bad attitude.
