I ordered broccoli with garlic sauce and white rice, my.daughter ordered shrimp and broccoli with fried rice, the food was the worse Chinese food I ever had. It taste disgusting the gravy was very black and so was the broccoli. I've never !!!! At this pint I feel like I've been robbed. I want a refund and I want it now...................

Cheap, authentic NY pizza. An entire pizza pie costed me 13 dollars, which was about 16 inches. Their chicken is pretty pricy in my opinion. For drinks you can just go to the next door convenience store for cheap drinks like Arizona tea.

Honestly very mediocre sushi. I ordered spicy crab and spicy tuna and you can see from the spicy crab they just threw the kani whole in there with I guess the “spicy” on top, not even enough effort to try and mix the two. Mikado is on the next block over, a little more expensive like $1-2 but so worth it since it’s higher quality sushi

I've never set foot on the grounds but I've viewed it many a time from a kayak. And I always enjoy seeing it, as it is one of the more attractive sites to lay eyes on along this side of the river north of Manhattan. They have self counter and also a cashier which is nice.. you can see in the counter the ingredients of their food,you see how they prepare your food on the spot. Inordered chicken avocado wrap. Has the worst employee I’ve ever encountered. Definitely gave me a very different impression from the LA store. If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d stay away from this location. The one worker was openly talking shit about customers who were waiting outside in the cold for an hour, complaining about how ‘busy’ she is when she was just standing there talking shit. Charmaine’s Cake boutique did a great job with my wedding cake! It came out beautiful and it was delicious! Me and my husband received compliments on how great the cake was. It was confetti cake with cheesecake mousse. The cheesecake mousse was my favorite and it wasn’t too heavy or too sweet. It was perfect.

The regular bread that’s made fresh on weekdays is okay and worth buying. However, pastries like Napoleon, cream puffs, donuts, and other desserts are not fresh at all. They taste like they’ve been sitting for days, so I wouldn’t recommend those.

I always walk by this place on my way to Pier 17 so thought I’d give it a try. I got the Montauk, one of the signature sips, but replaced it with a diet Dr Pepper. I thought it tasted good but pricey for a soda. I’m sure soda lovers would love it but wasn’t my cup of tea especially with all the odd mixes.

Fantastic smoked meats freshly made with unique flavoring. Best in the city. So accommodating as I got there a little after closing but they happily made my order fresh and it was delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality meat and side dishes that you cannot get elsewhere. Lovely cafe at the Dream hotel. I was staying here and found it so convenient to have a place like this. Not only do they have breakfast, but also is perfect if you want to work on your laptop. They also have Chai tea lattes, so, I was happy. The food here is great. Out of all the restaurants on Merrick Blvd they always have the largest variety of vegetable dishes. From Spinach, String beans, Zucchini, Okra to Steamed cabbage they offer a larger vegetable variety than all the other restaurants. Also the food is delicious. The atmosphere was nice. We walked in and were greeted by the owner. Food was really good! Chuleta Apanada came with Plantains and it was delicious ! I do think the water fee was high, but overall very good.

I had gotten a sandwich and asked for mayo and mustard and the guy just stared at me. It showed mayo and mustard as condiments on the menu and he then said “I’ve never been asked that before and I don’t know how to charge you” “I’m processing” I decided to just say never mind and walk away but I shouldn’t have to pay for condiments or feel guilty for asking for it. Horrible experience.

The food was better than I expected and I would come back. I had the pork shoulder mixed bowl with chipotle dressing. My partner got the chicken mixed bowl with lemon thyme dressing. Hot sauce is pretty spicy and a nice addition. The green smoothie was tasty too. I think it deserves more stars than the rating suggests.

For those who are alleging to dander, there is a dog that’s there. The place stinks like a wet dog!It’s terrible. I told the employee who was sitting with an older lady and the dog, and he denies that it even stank. It’s probably his dog! My drink was delicious, but regrettably, I won’t go back. Across the street is an Empanada Monumental eatery that also serves smoothies, without the dog stench.

I have my Coffee there every morning. They know how I like it. With heavy Cream. Apparently no one else drinks it this way. I believe they buy the creamer just for me. For my coffee.
