I had a really good experience here. We came after attending a cancer walk fundraiser, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain each game, which made everything easy and enjoyable. We had access to an open bar and a great selection of food, and everything was well done. The sliders, in particular, were amazing—definitely a highlight! I live in the Bronx and I rate this location 999 stars and the customer service is excellent. I did not try the food but it looks really good and it smells good. It’s clean in here. It’s not a dirty environment so whoever’s cleaning excellent work. And hopefully tomorrow when I come back, I will definitely be buying a breakfast in here, and the staff is very polite and respectful to me and all of their customers.

I stop by this place frequently and always have s great experience. I can’t speak to how crowded it gets at peak times, but whenever I was there the vibe was excellent—good music, great service, and really solid cocktails. One of the best dive bars in Brooklyn. Prices are great, the energy is good, tons of sports on tv, pool table, big outdoor area, and nice clean bathrooms. The staff are great. Even though it gets quite busy, they are all polite and friendly and quick service. The food, as always great!! I just love the chicken noodle soup with a side of tenders. We tried NTK today for the first time, for lunch. We ordered the pesto panini with the side of shoe string fries. The size of the meal is perfect for lunch, the pesto is absolutely delicious!!!! A little heavy on the garlic but that's not a negative, just an observation. They seem to be swamped for lunch and the service was still good, pretty short wait and friendly people behind the counter. Will definitely be coming back. Great local spot.

Neighborhood gem over here!! Besides the food being so fresh (they get freshly milled flour for their daily baked bread), it’s delicious and the flavors are bright and well-balanced. Just as importantly, the owner Chris is gooooood people. He really made our day and whole experience, and you can feel the love and energy he has for Brooklyn and community through this place. Brought my son to have some burgers and fries at this spot because we’ve tried most places that serve burgers in the area. I had a great meal at Champs Gourmet Deli on 30 Broad St, NY. I ordered the meal of the day, which included beans, rice, pork sausages with onions, and boiled vegetables. The sausage was the highlight—probably the best I've ever had. The chicken soup was also flavorful, and it’s hard to find a meal like this for under $20 in the financial district. One worker was yelling the entire time . This place is dirty . Food everywhere on the floor , tables and counters. Cashier made my coffee and the coffee just sat there for over five minutes underneath the espresso machine . So obviously my iced drink was very watery. Cashier did apologize. So, I've never actually eaten here but after seeing the way the food is treated I never would. Maybe it's just me but when you're storing your uncooked bagels near an open door off a street (that has construction work, dust and other debris flying around on it) less than 5 feet from a dumpster i personally begin to question the cleanliness of the workers as well as the food. I wouldn't even trust the coffee. Too bad.

Feels almost like a bar on the left bank of Paris with its ancient flooring, pressed tin and wooden door jams. Dim lighting, small tables, no tvs. Music is the bartender’s choice and is generally superlative unless it’s live and then it’s unknown strivers making their sound. I’ll take this bar over any in Astoria, maybe even NYC.
