Always my go-to when ordering a cake for a special occasion. Most recently ordered a gender reveal cake and it was perfect. The cakes always look so beautiful and taste great, always a showstopper.

I almost don't want to tell you about this terrific spot, but that would be selfish of me. Great Colombian bakery. Super fresh and tasty food. Great coffee. Very kind staff who provide pleasant and prompt service. Lively atmosphere. I don't come to Sunnyside often, but when I do, I make sure to stop here first. And don't forget to tip!

Let me tell yall how I ordered and accidentally picked the wrong location! I didn’t have enough time to change it and I didn’t want to cancel! I was able to call the THIS LOCATION (Ridgewood) and the manager Ryan was able to save my order and make it fresh for when I arrived after work! The customer service was superb! 1 Golden Pancake can be a little tough to find, as it’s tucked deep inside an alleyway alongside several other shops in the back. The overhyped corn egg tart was just okay. The filling was cold and sweet, but it lacked a deep, rich corn flavor. Overall, a bit underwhelming.

Since their soft opening back in September 2023, they’ve been ramping up with new pastries and beverages. My favorite is still their Portuguese custard tart and Pineapple Bun (or Melon Pan). Their beverages are also pretty good. They have a good variety of fruit and milk teas. I also had the opportunity to taste test their new coffee beans, and it’s bold yet great after taste! Keep up the good work!

We used butterly bake shop to create a custom, unique cake for a graduate school grad party. They were so excited from minute one to create the perfect cake. They absolutely nailed it! Their job was to create a cake that looked like a book/manual for the field of psychology. This cake was the star of the show! Pastries and drinks were delicious. Service was great. We were there and they forgot to prepare a drink. Instead of a quick careless apology, the barrista apologized and gave me a bag filled with their small pastries. She did not have to do that, yet she went the extra mile. They had an incredible amount of beautiful pastries so can’t wait to go back and try more goodies.

Terrible place. Always making mistakes on my orders. The bagel is totally burned. Tasting like eating charcoal. I ordered a large size drink, but it is only half of the cup filled. Don't waste money on it.

Terrible experience. The cappuccino was poorly made and almost undrinkable. When I asked them to remake it, they took the same drink back, pretended to redo it, and gave it back to me. When questioned, they denied it. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Three employees were more focused on talking among themselves than serving customers. This location seriously needs better training and management.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dunkin today. I entered the store with my service dog, and an employee immediately told me that I was not allowed to be there because of my dog. I calmly explained multiple times that he is a service dog and is legally permitted to accompany me. I even offered to provide identification if necessary. Workers seem nice na friendly but my drink was mediocre. I ordered a small iced matcha latte with protein milk and 1/3 of the drink was straight foam, (didn’t ask for any add ons or cold foam).

What an awesome experience with tasty sundae and buns at this location! We were warmly and immediately greeted. The store is very clean and bright. We found this place by chance while visiting New York and it is such a gem. There were so many good flavors but I got salted caramel and chocolate. You can also add toppings to it. All the flavors were good! I could literally come here everyday if I lived here.

I was waiting for my car to be out the mechanic and I found this gem. The lady as soon as I came in greeted me with a big smile. I enjoyed my experience at Dunkin Donuts on 7th Ave in Brooklyn! My latte was made perfectly to my liking, and the hash browns were cooked just right. The setup is nice, but I do wish they had higher counters or s better safety counter door for staff protection. Overall, I will visit again.

It's not tooo sweet - which is the point that I liked! - but has more than enough nutty flavor of pistachio. Squid ink bread is sweet for dubai flavor inside yet has salty on the top of the bread. Been going there since day one,pastry always been good, customer service is ok. Today the pastries feels different, ingredient is way less than before, for red bean bun and tuna bun.

The bread is good and the people at the store are kind . The place is open 24 x 7. I walked in at 10 PM and asked for decaf. They refused to brew me a pot of decaf “decaf is only for the morning.” That’s some bullshit. They suck. I used grubhub to order food for delivery from this location. I ordered 2 egg and sausage sandwiches and added cheese to both. One had american cheese and the other had mozzarella. Once the order arrived, I was shocked to discover both sandwiches had no egg despite egg being the default option when choosing different sandwiches. I would understand forgetting the cheese but it's extremely unacceptable to get both sandwiches without egg. Who even eats sandwiches with just a beef sausage and cheese

The cookies are delicious! I love ordering customized cookie kits for when my kids' friends come over. I place the order on Facebook Messenger, and the kit is always correct and exactly how I want it. The kids enjoy decorating them and take them home as party favors. They're not too sweet, and the kids always tell me how much fun they had working on the kits together and how great they taste.

I love this place!! Best matcha. It’s my go-to treat. Also, give all the high prices across the city in general, paying a little more for great quality is worth it. And pretty sure they actually use more matcha than other places!

So this was the place that we chose for our wedding cake and cupcakes. The owner was very accommodating to my wedding colors. It was an amazing experience. She got it done in the limited time both the cake and the cupcakes were great. We chose the Biscoff cupcakes and cake. It was wonderful thank you you definitely support this business.
